Truly the best care we could have ever asked for. Dr. Jacob and her staff went above and beyond to provide care for our elderly dog. They treated us with compassion and understanding and we are so grateful! Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I moved to this clinic a couple of years ago. They have been so wonderful with my furbabies. Especially want to thank everyone at the clinic helping me make the last months of my sweet Wicked life. The staff is so caring and very respectful. I'm glad I switched.

They're Great here, took Great care of my Aussie . Made some referrals to another vet that was a specialist in what they couldn't cover. All our dogs go here.

Love Kate the veterinarian, was bummed because they're cutting down on surgery days to 2 times a week and scheduling out into August. I'm having to take my dogs elsewhere to be neutered . That's the only negative thing though.

Very caring and sensitive to our old Rottweiler and family.. He will cross the rainbow bridge of old age but not yet. Thankful for kind words and breaking the news to us gently. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dental procedure was done wonderfully. And the price was totally reasonable compared with some other vets.

Had been taking all of my animals to this clinic for 2 years. Never again. She charged us $90 to literally tell me what I already knew about my dog. She didn't clean his wound, she didn't drain it. She told me it was infected-which I knew already that's why I brought him in. And then she told me that penicillin doesn't work on animals anymore and tried to sell me on a higher priced antibiotic. She doesn't care about anything but money. I brought him to her because he needed help, I needed help. And she charged me all this money and literally did nothing for him. Nothing. I have picture proof that the injury just happened within the last 2 weeks and she tried to tell me he has had it for way longer then that. I'm tired of the medical field. Nobody actually cares anymore.

Worst vet yet. I have a bigger list of complaints for this veterinary clinic but i will pick some key points.1. First thing first this vet doesn't believe in animal breeding, even if its just one of the farm dogs.2. They'll treat you and your pet with no bed side manners3. It won't just be a one time visit because they will schedule as much visits as I takes for them to make a profit.4. They believe that they know pets behavior more than you do.5. Finally they are very pushy about nudering or spading your pet and try to make it as if it was your decision.

They really came through for my dog's need. My dog had a bleeding pad and they looked over it.

They do such a good job, quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. Spend time to explain things and all the treatment options that are available, which I appreciate. Thank you all very much for the care

One of the best clinics I've ever been to. My family and I sadly had to put down our dog Zeus recently. We chose Sedgwick Veterinarian Clinic to do it and couldn't be happier with what service we got. They were passionate, empathetic and caring not only for Zeus but us as owners. They gave us our much needed time with him in the moments leading up to his last breath. Very professional and sent us a condolences card signed by the entire staff. We are very grateful for the service provided.

We were told after having our dog in there 1 week ago that we would need to bring him back in for rabies tags, so my husband raised his voice in frustration and said for the second time we had just had him in why do I need to bring him in again. The Dr called my husband and told him he couldn't use this "tone" with her staff. She wants to defend her staff but customer service means nothing! She continued to say he cussed them out when he absolutely did not use cuss words. They put words in his mouth and treated us like we were bad people. I have always felt this way around this Dr. She has always been condescending. We started taking our cat to Hutchinson because Sedgwick could NEVER handle him. The Sedgwick vet also sent me an email stating my cat was stressed and needed a diffuser for the house. LOL. She never even asked what he was like at home. He's the least stressed cat there is. Like most animals, especially cats, he hated the vet and so yeah common sense says he was stressed in that moment. We have NEVER been treated like this anywhere else in all our years of having animals. We won't go back and Lord have mercy if you ever get frustrated with them they will make it a bigger deal than it needs to be. I always learned, the customer is always right. That sucks in a lot of situations but it's part of owning a good business and when I mentioned that to the Dr. she replied, "not in my business". That tells you how good customer service will be. Not only is the customer wrong, but you will be made out to be the bad person.
