“I moved out of Nemaha county over 20 years ago, and for some reason, I maintained my account with United Bank. I’d occasionally tell myself “you should close your account in Seneca, and establish an account at a local bank”

I’m so glad that I didn’t follow my self advice. In March of 2025, my mailbox was broken into, and an outgoing check was stolen. This theft led to my identity being stolen, and created a number of financial challenges.

The staff at United Bank went above and beyond to help me, and ensure my funds were safe and secure. Andrew called me frequently to update me on the status of my accounts. Cassie handled all my calls with compassion and concern. I spoke with additionally U Bank employees during this process, and each of them was just as helpful.

I find it hard to believe I would have received the same level of personal service from a national bank. I could not be happier with the services they provided me. Top notch.”

“I don't bank here, I at the Sabetha branch. Those people are totally incompetent or strictly lazy, or a combination of both which is my opinion on the matter. On four different occasions you can't get a single answer from Sabetha their website is always down, but if you call over here you have answers within minutes and their website is always up. 10 years ago that bank was my favorite in my entire existence. Think I'm going to swap banks and move my money to Seneca... If not, perhaps just get out of the Community National Bank Monopoly... Regardless I highly recommend this place I would give it 10 Stars”
