The clerk... was very helpful and nice... went the extra min to extend great service... but not really knowledgeable on home repairs... knowledge is key.

Great customer service! Staff is very friendly. I am able to go in with a list and one of the staff will help gather everything for me and load it up. We live a half hour away and Charlie even delivered some boards to our house one Saturday to help us out. This business is willing to go the extra mile - highly recommend them.

Everyone is always helpful, whether I’m looking for a new tool or supplies. I live locally and shop here often for personal use or work. If they don’t have an item in store, and their store in Hiawatha does they can get it transferred same day or next day for you. Don and Charlie are always willing to help you find something or check and see if they have it or if they can get it. Great guys, I’ve never had to stand around and wait to be helped. I live near another local building supply store and still choose to drive across town to get what I need. Competitive pricing, helpfulness, and courteous. That sums up Stallbaumer Lumber!
