Staff is rude and not adequately trained. Poor communication with customers.
We took our cat to this store to have his claws trimmed. When we got there the person in the grooming section asked for proof of vaccination which we didn't bring as we were not told we needed to when we made the appointment on the phone. The staff member at the grooming office became kind of snarky and he said, "we left a message with instructions; we are not going to touch the cat without proof of vaccination". So Petsmart made us waste our time and our cat had to take a trip in the carrier which he doesn't particularly enjoy. I'm fairly certain that if the pets could talk they would also give pretty negative reviews about this store!!

Had a great grooming experience as usual. We use Erin. Store is usually clean and organized.

Some day I'll get out of Petsmart without spending $50 plus, lol. Keeping fish can be habit forming (and expensive). I do enjoy my trips to Petsmart.

I was able to locate the chirping bird cat toy I was looking for at a good price.

It is a nice pet supply store. The employees always seem to go out of their way to be helpful.

I scheduled an appointment on Tuesday for a bath and brush. I asked about nails and they said it was included in the package. Then I brought my dog in today and they called to say that they would not cut his nails. My mom picked him up and asked if they gave a discount for that because cutting his nails is in part of the package I purchased. They did not. This means that I paid full price for services I did not receive. She also had to ask for the bandanna, which is also included in services, and for his shampoo back. If I had known they were going to do that I would not have brought him in. Don’t use these services.

It's a very large store. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. It's one of the bigger stores, so they have it all.

Good place to stock up for your furry family members. I love the customers more than the staff. The staff could use a little enhanced training on interactions with customers. Nothing bad, just no personality. Makes me feel like they hate their job.
