Charging me for supplies sent for RECALLED unit. I cancelled the orders, they sent them anyway. Won't accept return of supplies, I've called multiple times and visited the office twice. Very rude, refuse to accept responsibility, threatening to turn me over to collections.

This company has not sent supplies to a ventilator patient for almost 3 months. When my patient's mom called, the person who answered the call was very rude. She acted like she was inconvenienced by her request to get supplies that she desperately needed for her son to stay healthy. She displayed no empathy or concerns about the patient or the company she works for. She also seemed to not have a record of the things my patient needs and had his mom list the things needed. It is ridiculous to have to reuse disposable items for a medically fragile patient because promise after promise goes unfulfilled.

Just call Sleepcair with a problem I am having with my cpap machine. They were very helpful and talked me through the way to change my settings to resolve the problem. Highly recommend!

I don't know where all the negative comments come from. Personnel have been just as nice as they could be, efficient and timely every time I've called. I found myself being transferred, without any notice or explanation, from another Lincare subsidiary (won't mention the name but they are in Independence) out of a clear blue sky a few months ago. Don't know the reason for the change but I'm very happy, as Sleepcair is in my area and much more convenient.

The worst front office. Spoken to multiple managers now . They are too incompetent to even file insurance. 6 months now. 10 phone calls. Sickening how bad they are

Had really good care from picking out a new CPAP machine and being fitted with a mask, to billing. This is our 3rd person on our household using this Sleepcair, and we've had very good service. I know there's bad reviews, but our experience has been excellent.

I was recently released from the need to use an oxygen concentrator by my physician. I contacted this company and asked them to pick up the machine and was threatened by them that I would have to sign paperwork that I was doing it AMA. I spoke with my Dr. prior to my request and do not appreciate being treated like a child and incapable of taking care of my own medical care.

This is the most unprofessional medical establishment I have ever been to. People walking around maskless,barefoot, cursing at each other and slamming phones. Besides giving my spouse a broken machine, they won’t replace it the office is filthy. I am a retired nurse and completely appalled by the lack of respect for patients personal info and calling people names or worse when they slam the phone down. I plan to contact my doctor ASAP to switch to another company where the employees don’t act inconvenienced when you walk in.

only gave 1 star rating because you have too. if I could give negative number I would. The customer service is absolutely the worst. They call me, then ask me for all my "personal information" which I will NOT give over the phone, so they hang up. they call and say that I am due supplies and want to send out that my insurance will not pay for. I paid off my Cpap machine in December, but they still kept charging my credit card. after talking with CS last month they said they would refund me the last 4 months...... still waiting on my refund check or credit back to my account. I will NOT be working or buying anything from them again.

Anyone having a problem with these guys should relook at the situation. Insurance, lack of communication, lack of listening to instructions, all of the above. I had my ducks in s row with everything at its FLAWLESS EVERY TIME! Thanks guys! You rock!

I have never had anything but exceptional service from everyone at Sleepcair from the receptionist, to technical people to the route man. I have dealt with them any number of times. They have replaced two different oxygen concentrators at different times when they presented with problems. They have been super nice to send me cannulas when asked. Compared to the oxygen supply company I had to deal with in the Tampa, Florida area Sleepcair is a breath of fresh air and has extremely professional employees.

This place sucks and has the worst customer service I have EVER seen!!! I am supposed to get a cpap and had insurance issues (insurance says they never have spoken with Sleepcair) and now I cannot get anyone to call back, every time I call I get an answering service that are rude and send me to the “Olathe” number which wants an extension number which I do not have!! I call back and they say to give them the local number. The number on the website that I call IS their local number! I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy!
