It's very sad my son was in an accident a month ago. He can't get a call back from the adjuster or anyone. His fault or not, he pays his insurance. To leave him hanging without any assistance is wrong and bad customer service. AAA use to be a good name and company. Sad you can't even say that now.

If i could give this company and its counterparts a negative review, i absolutely would! In 2024-23, the communication was non-existent, and only the day i was being canceled did i receive notification thru the office that their underwriters needed more information on a new truck. Due to training, the insurance lapsed and information were not turned in, costing me an additional $250 frpm my insurance company!! Absolutly trash the underwriters will ask for things over and over again! If ypur thinking about using Aaa for your insurance needs, go somewhere else! Never again will i trust Aaa for anything!!

When I called Monday 2/6. I tried tell the lady that answered the phone for months Ks customers have had problems paying their bill online because our policy number doesn't have enough digits. You can pay your membership online but not your monthly bill. She was rude and told me if I knew how to login it would work.I told her I'm very familiar with AAA considering I've been a customer since I was 19 I'm now 43! She told me I asked for the wrong person she told me I didn't know how to log in and that she guessed she could help me over the phone. I called a different AAA in Overland Park spoke to a man named Jacob who took my pymnt we were done in less than 5 minutes!

Don't use this dump insurance company they ruined our lives when we were hit by an uninsured motorist arrest. If you doubt this Google and read they deny everybody's claim and fight them in court if you are hit by an uninsured motorist.

Worst service in the world. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE... terrible service.. called them for the past three hours and NO RESPONSE!!!! WOW..... JUST WOW.... Mortified.. all money should be replaced for all 10+ YEARS of 300$+ a month!!! SMH....

This location literally only cares about new sales. If you are trying to pay a bill, add a vehicle or anything else, forget about it! The person who answers always puts you off to “the person on desk” or whatever, which is always a voicemail. There is no toll free number to call either. If it doesn’t make the person answering the phone money, then they aren’t doing it. I work sales so I get it, to an extent, but this location is just ridiculous! Moving my insurance at my next renewal.
