Decent parking, clean, area is wide open, car wash next door.Customer service was great and quick. Very knowledgeable people of this posting. I prefer to order online for the 15 to 30 percent discount. Had everything I needed.

Unlike every other similar auto parts store, these guys don't have simple tools you can use in their parking lot.

Friendly guys at the counter but prices on the shelves are routinely $5 less than the "system". Sometimes I will put stuff back and say no thanks, sometimes I am aim a hurry and will overpay. In any case it has happened to me several times there but today was the last. I need to stop being lazy and drive the extra mile to O'Reilly.

Manager refused to replace my battery under its four year warranty due to his “discretion“ because it had already been replaced once. Six months ago. He said the likelihood of it failing in that time was not possible.The battery has an intermittent short. I’ve been a mechanic for 25 years, and I don’t make stuff up. When I brought the battery in, it did not show a fail, so they refused to replace it. I explained that I had been driving the van for over an hour, and it had been charging for that long.Leaving disappointed because I know that the battery is going to fail again and I’ve wasted an hour and a half trying to get it replaced.I will make it a point to never use advanced auto again, I will also make sure to tell everyone about my experience. Very frustrated customer

Me and my wife was in here a few weeks ago and there was a young (older then me tho) man in there by the name of Ray. He was the most bubbly amazing sales person. Not only was he awesome as a sales person but he treated his customers with the up most respect. Thank you Ray sir! Keep doing what your doing and thank you for helping us. We will definitely be back.
