Had trouble with my new iPhone 16 from your store at the legends Kansas City They were terrible at helping me and did not resolve my issue. I took my phone and my issue to your store on Shawnee mission parkway and they were kind enough to fix my issue. Khader was very knowledgeable and was ready to help me with my problem without telling me to contact ATT with my issue

Fadi and his associate helped me with a ton of issues I was having with switching from T-Mobile to at&t (caused by the at&t sales people at the Costco in Lenexa). They were both very helpful and professional. I was starting to think I made a mistake switching to at&t, because of the Incompetence of the Costco at&t sales people, but they definitely changed my mind and earned a loyal customer. I will be telling everyone I know how great this location is!

This is the best experience I've ever had . Khader is very professional and he was able to help with everything we need . While the other store that we went to at Merriam that is considered as the corporate didn't help us and they didn't even know how to get us a receipt of what we did.

We had a fantastic experience working with Fadi. He and the store manager (Khader) were both very helpful and really took the time to help us out. We had questions; they had answers. It was a fun experience to buy a phone, and that is something I didn’t expect to ever say. Thank you, Fadi.

I had no idea that I qualified for so many rebates/discounts.

They have 1 person working in the whole store on a weekend. I had a simple question that he could've (and finally did) answer in 5 seconds. Instead, we waited 45 minutes. A family of 4 were all getting new phones and instead of coming over just to simply ask what we were there for, he completely ignored us. I ended up calling the customer service line and even with their long hold times, they ended up answering before he ever acknowledged us. He finally heard me on the phone with customer service and came up to us. They don't even deserve a 1 star review. Also, the outside of the store and the window sills look like no one has cleaned them in literal years. It literally looks like it could be under construction (it's not). Do better AT&T. You should be ashamed that you're being represented like this.

I am extremely satisfied with Khader. He assisting me in every way. I'm now a very safisfied AT&Tnew customer. What a great experience. I had a bad experience with The Merriam Store. Poor customer service. Everyone was doing nothing but chattering.

First, I don’t typically do reviews; however I felt inclined to do so. Went to the store at 15150 Shawnee Mission Parkway to upgrade a device. There was a family of three in the store with the only associate apparently scheduled. We walked in, perused the available devices and finally sat down to wait. We spent about 45 minutes in the store and the associate Daniel didn’t feel the need to acknowledge our existence. There was another couple who walked in while we were waiting and they too were ignored. Terrible service. From a longstanding AT&T customer, you can and should do better. This was truly a 0 star experience.

Khader’s customer service is exceptional! He helped obtain a copy of a receipt from another store in a different state showing a phone credit of $700. This helped put my mind at ease and I left a happy customer! I will definitely be returning to this store as Khader and his team are very knowledgeable and customer service oriented!
