Besides being accused of stealing once by a B that barely worked there, and having the same dude take my battery but refuse to return it to me without a receipt (that barely worked there, too), I like this place alright. They could try to keep the same employees for a little longer than a week or two, but maybe it's a bad place to work!? Bad pay? I have no clue, but it's convenient for me and I won't bash it or the management...just some of their employees (about a year ago) were really naive. The new crew there seems to be better.

Purchased a starter there that was defective and returned it for an exchange with no problem. Plus I had the second starter tested before leaving the store and it was good to go. I couldn't get this type of service at the AutoZone close to where I live. It was always our machine is broken and we can't test starters.

This store always has what I need and I like the prices. Danny the store manager has a great attitude and does what he can to help with anything. Chuck, and Carmen are great also.

If you really need a part the same day, just go pick it up yourself. I paid extra for same-day delivery, and it's been 2 days . What's the point of paying for this service if they can’t deliver on time?

My Windshield wiper got stuck in the ice and came off. I drove to store the manager dug out one part. He fixed the wiper, deiced my Windshield, And remove snow from my car, It may not seem like a lot but to me it meant the world, I have congestive heart failure, And my circulation is a good. My hands could not have done it because it already felt like pins were going through them. I offered him a tip, And ali said was to write a review. You don't find people that care very often.But he happened to be one that did And it needs the world to me.

Had an excellent staff guy Sebastian, who was able to change out the battery in my keyless remote for me, saving me a trip to a dealership. He also ran a diagnostic on my daytime running lights and determined they were all working properly, just needed to be reset. Thanks Sebastian!😀

Great option, but some parts are going to be very expensive, and place orders take too much time to come to the store. we need the parts asap to avoid losing customers. Tks.

Zero stars if I could rate customer service and efficiency….. management lacks the 10 STEP rule. Leave it to the new kid to try and find some rotors and pads. In the belts section. Disappointed to see this location go down hill.
