I like the location and ease of use of this theatre; however, some investment needs to be made in updating the seats. Many are quite worn. What started as a one off is now becoming more the norm. Last night I had a harder time getting the recliner down in combination with looking worn out.

The big size of the Grande Screen was fantastic for watching the Mandalorian and Grogu. Ordered a beer and got comfy in a big recliner right in the center. Plus, I prefer to support family owned businesses.
