I went in to get my candles to stock up for the Holidays at the Shawnee location by my house. I asked the lady who was the manager about my offers. She was short and acted put off by my questions. Not friendly at all. While she was ringing me up she got on her walkie talkie. Proceeded to tell her staff to get the conversion up and lets get the dollars in finally stretch. This is all while ringing me up. Very unprofessional. Customer’s dont need to hear this! That was my time. It was not busy. She could of waited to use her walkie talkie and talk to her team. I looked at other reviews. Other people have felt the same about their experience in this location.
I was really disappointed at my experience!

My name is Rehana i went to the last moment around 8 pm they were so nice pleasant to me. There were two woman Rosie and katie they went beyond away from their service. They help me to fix my wrong order they were so nice and help full. I will recommend everyone plz must visit this store you guys will not be disappoint. God bless their heart they both woman were amazing

Stephanie, Rosie and Jennifer were a HUGE help today! I’m pregnant and high stressed, and forgot to get prizes for our baby shower. All three ladies teamed up and made this the easiest shopping trip ever! Helped us pick items and wrapped up everything for us too! My fiancé (who is constantly in a hurry) even enjoyed this shopping trip. He’s definitely taking me back here! Can’t wait for our next trip back, and with a baby next time!

First time in this store, I asked for help to find a lotion I was looking for. The worker point blank told me wasn't no more. A white customer was looking for the same lotion and the worker helped her look for it. I believe this store workers are racist. All the workers are 9lder then usually what Bath n Body has in there other stores. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

Shawnee Ks - the manager in this store is amazing. There was a "Karen" in there today who shoved past other people to get to the manager and the shopper was obnoxious. Rosie, the manager, was calm, professional and gracious and resolved the issues. I would not have been so polite but the store was crowded and I'm sure she was trying to keep things from getting out of hand. This manager could easily be in charge of a training program for new associates. She was a Saint. The other employees were also incredibly pleasant and helpful. Extra big shout out to Kati who continued to smile and help people. Love this store!

I hate to write this but all bath and body works stores should be consistent. I shouldn't have one store telling me one thing and another store telling me something different. I used to work for the company, so I know the general basics of the return policy. I got an older candle as a gift, and since I didnt like the scent I came in to exchange it. The associate didnt do the exchange for me due to it "being over a 90 day old candle". Ive never heard of this new rule before so I looked up the return policy and couldnt find it. However I admit I didnt look through it thoroughly so I called another store and they said that this store SHOULD HAVE done a exchange for me as "no receipt" and taken my ID (this is what i figured would happen too). So then after being told this by one store, I go back in to this store for them to say they'll only give me the lowest price of the item. So i just went to the other store and they did the exchange in 2 minutes, no issue. I don't want to be a Karen, but all stores should be consistent. If you cant exchange "older candles over 90 days" then all stores should be saying that. I shouldn't have to waste gas to go to the store that will. And if one store is saying they'll do it, you'd think the store saying the wont do it would just do it to make the customer happy and not have the customer drive around town. Its a bummer knowing my local store doesn't follow the same exchange policy that I've know for years. Im not trying to exchange a fully used candle, I'm just exchanging a gift that didn't spark my liking. This shouldn't have been an issue unfortunately.
