Worst bank to deal with, after car loan was payed off and they decided to add some delay fees that they wanted upfront instead of adding it to the loan to make payments on it. When we finally payed off the delay fee then they send a lien release so that we go to the dmv to get the title instead of sending it to the dmv for them to release it. When we get to the title company, they let us know that the form was incomplete and they need to complete it and notarized the lien release .

This Banks mobile app is absolutely horrible for an institution of this size. Consistent outages and unclear errors. Debit card freezes for very regular activity as well, and ATM usage is down for an entire hour every midnight (???). It took me 35 minutes just to withdraw my remaining balance and close the account and they made me fill out a checklist. Poor.

We have banked with BMO Harris for decades, long before they were established in Kansas. I grew up in the 60s knowing about Harris Bank in Chicago and they always had a great reputation. So a few years after we moved to Kansas, we were happy to learn they had set up shop here. We've always received very personal attention and incredible service. Now that we're retired, their team manages all our finances and assets including our trusts, investments, budgeting and advice on how to grow our investments and keep taxes to a minimum. They are absolutely first rate.

Great bank! The staff knows me by name and seem happy to see me. I have a cc and dc and the programs work well for me.
