I went in looking for sweat pants for my son. They didn't have anything in his size that I liked. Honestly it wasn't very full when I went. Loss prevention was very active in the store.

This store will not let you use the restroom. My daughter need to go restroom so bad but when I ask one of the worker there for the code to get in, she screaming at me and said they are not allow to let us use the restroom. This is crazy because according to the law, if you open business you have to have a restroom for customers. We are so disappointed and the customer services there . Never never go there again !!!

The shelves are disorganized, but that's fine because of the large number of people who are arriving, hence the always affordable prices, the truth is that there is little variety, which is why there are many people shopping

I’m actually very shocked and disappointed this Burlington store has such a negative reputation now. I used to work at this store as a cashier and in receiving and the care of the place at that time (2013-2014) was much better. It’s significantly run down now. Burlington still has prices you can’t beat and it’s nice to come here for some last minute or low effort purchases, but the condition of the store (other locations included) is poor. I literally come to Burlington once a year now, if that, and sometimes that amount of times is too much due to the overwhelming and chaotic environment. Definitely NOT what it used to be.

I've called multiple times before going in and they would not answer the phone they would just let the phone ring and ring I even called while I was in the store just a test to see if the phone was actually working and ringing in store and it was they just Paid no mind to the phone ringing Their selection was poor for the size that I needed it was very poor I was just trying to do lay away for Christmas so I can make sure that my daughter has a Christmas this year
