Got in a fender bender and decided to go with caliber collision for repairs. Jade was super nice she walked us through the whole process and made things easy for me. Car didn’t look good when I took it to them but came out looking new almost, team did a great job with repairs.

We recently had a car repair need. We took it to Caliber and honestly could not have been more impressed. They were so professional – – keeping us updated along the way. They explained everything fully and made the process so easy the end result was perfect. We so appreciate the care and attention to detail they showed. If we need car care in the future, they will always be the shop we return to. There’s absolutely nothing, in my opinion, they can improve upon. Their service was A+!!!!

Repair date pushed out repeatedly with no explanation. Staff communication was non-existent and outright rude at times. Car went in for a scrape; they performed work that it should not have needed and could not provide an explanation for. Insurance paid, but unnecessary work shouldn't be done.

Disappointing Experience with Caliber Collision My experience with Caliber Collision was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Firstly, the repair process for my car took significantly longer than initially estimated, stretching over a month beyond the expected timeframe.Upon finally receiving my vehicle, I was dismayed to find that the work was not completed satisfactorily. The car was riddled with numerous marks and imperfections, indicating that much more needed to be done. Additionally, the cleanliness of the vehicle was severely lacking. It was covered in dust and had visible remnants of paint and spray, which is unacceptable for a supposedly finished repair job.To add to the list of issues, I discovered that my washer fluid was not functioning properly, as water was not coming out as it should. This further highlights the lack of attention to detail and quality control at Caliber Collision.Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by Caliber Collision. The extended delay, subpar workmanship, and lack of cleanliness demonstrate a failure to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism and customer care. I would strongly advise against using their services in the future.

WOW!!! Jade, Harrison, Samantha, AJ, James, Devan, Anthony, and Julio were great! (Yes, I had the pleasure of meeting them all) The ENTIRE team went above and beyond in helping me through this unfamiliar (to me) process. They were quick to answer questions, provided guidance when needed, and did an excellent job on the bodywork. To take it a step further, my car was detailed and returned to me looking better than the day I bought it. I would recommend the Shawnee Caliber Collision shop to anyone in need of service. Top marks all around!
