Always friendly, always remembers me. Sara at the Lackman location always has the best smile and always knows how to help. I have 2 business accounts here and my personal accounts.Next time in and Sky was my teller. She helped me over the phone on a transfer earlier in the day flawlessly and then when I showed up right at 5 she was happy to still help me! Very satisfied.

I have only had positive experiences with everyone I have encountered at this branch. I was recently widowed and Courtney Crow spent time helping me navigate a difficult situation. She was both considerate and compassionate. On another visit, Jeremy Swearengin was equally helpful and considerate.
