CBA in Shawnee is super great! My service advisor Brad gave phenomenal customer service. I also happened to meet the owner of the location, who is very kind and reassured me that my vehicle and I would be taken care of there! I dropped my car off on a Sunday and they had my car all fixed by Monday at 5pm the next day :)

I needed a diagnosis for my car tied to the battery. I was amazed that they were willing to give me a ride home while they worked on the car. They texted me with updates and did a thorough job! Thankfully it was just the battery that needed to be replaced. They need major inspections of the car and did mention one other area that may need to be done soon. I was very appreciative of their services and amazing staff!

If you need your car worked on, this is the place to go! Everyone that works here is very friendly and genuinely wants to help you out. From the shuttle driver, Fran, to Brad, all the technicians, and the owners, everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend!

Christian Brothers Automotive is the only place I’ll take my vehicles for service. They are dedicated to customer service first and foremost. We had a problem that they were having a hard time diagnosing, they had me come to the shop and drive the vehicle with a service advisor. The problem appeared and they gave the vehicle back to the technician. They suggested an additional part and now the car is running great. They were absolutely committed to getting the right diagnosis. Top notch service.
