I was racially discriminated today when I visited this place. I asked the teller to notarize some time sensitive important documents and she told me that they do not do that there. Now I am a member of this Bank and have been for a few years now. Discouraged I went to another branch in Leavenworth and was able to get THE SAME DOCUMENTS notarized with no problems at all, no questions asked. You have to treat your customers better than that! Unnecessary and Disrespectful. SMH

They will not back up any money that is taken when card is stolen. They do not give any resolution on protecting ur money. Be careful.

I sought financial aid services, and met with James Blalock. He was attentive and detailed, and was able to guide me in a way that never made me feel uncomfortable, which is quite a feat when discussing sensitive material such as one's financial habits. Very pleased with my experience, 10/10 would recommend.

I too miss Bonner. I so bad want to use a local branch but Commerce is horrible. Tried to get some foreign currency which web site said this branch had. Of course they were out. So were three other branches. One call to Wells Fargo, boom over night to my house before noon. Believe me there are good banks out there

I have had an account with Commerce Bank for over 30 yrs. I miss the Bonner Springs location! The Midland Dr location has such slow customer service!!! They need more help to accommodate the drive through banking and the inside windows. It’s so irritating!

What a horrible bank service, I came Monday to cash a check from the same bank, but my foreign I'd didn't work, They said I need a passport, so neat day came and brought it, But guess what I was on a line of 2 cars but got 1/2 hour of time to be attended, and then they ask me for my address phone number, and took more time, I am still waiting on here and don't know how long is going to take, I even had to get lunch, but I think I won't be able, is a waste of time come this banks, I never went thru a cituation like this in another bank.

They did the best that they could with a nearby Branch closed down and a lot of foot traffic as well as drive-thru. They are very easy to try and work with even under difficult circumstances.

Fantastic customer service, definitely take time to know you and your business. Both my personal and business checking is done here and the staff is fantastic. Feels like a small-town personal banking relationship but with the benefits of a much larger regional bank.

I have banked with them for years. I recently had to maneuver my company through a process that wasn’t pleasant to say the least. Anita Dickinson at the branch helped me with professionalism, kindness, and a true interest in making this experience amazing. I will be with them for years!

Commerce Bank is horrible! When you call your bank, even though you think you're getting a local number, it actually goes to a national number that is the same recording no matter who you are trying to reach. It tells you the wait time is approximately 2 minutes, and 32 minutes later you finally get a person who will not give you access to your information , simple things like, what was this check number that you issued for me online, unless your husband ,who you have a joint account with, is present as well. I'm sorry ,everyone in my household has a job and we aren't joined at the hip, so forgive me if my husband isn't present with me every moment of the day! This has happened multiple times and I have directly asked, my husband has directly asked, to please allow me to do the business but yet this "corporation" won't talk to me without him. Do we have to remove my husband's name from our joint account in order to get them to talk to me? Commerce is Too big for their britches. Stick to your small home town bank and avoid Commerce at all costs!!!
