I have had so many problems with this store. I just waited on hold for 15 minutes and no one answered. An employee at a different location even stated that this location at 65th \\u0026 Nieman won’t answer their phone! I now have to go into the store to tell them to cancel my prescription so I can fill it elsewhere. And it’s not the first time I’ve had to do that. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The personnel at CVS on Nieman - whether in the pharmacy or in the general merchandise area - are always cheerful, knowledgeable and willing to help. I am so glad this store is in our neighborhood.

Employee's have no people skills, unable to get help from clerks inside the store or having to wait at the drive threw window for an insane amount of time when your the only one in line. They always act like you 'the customer' are being a huge inconvenience on their time, like waiting on you is beneath them. It's a great location and just down the street from my home, but I hated that my previous insurance REQUIRED you to fill all prescriptions at CVS. It was a huge pain, as if dealing with the staff wasn't enough it was like 70% or more of the time they didn't even have my mediations in stock. Forcing me to go find a CVS that did have them, as they couldn't be bothered to look it up and let me know or call a double check; OR I could wait for them to order the medications and wait for them to come in. Needless to say I was thrilled when my insurance changed and I could go like 2 blocks down the street to the Walgreens; as they have good staff members that are helpful and have gone above and beyond many times. This CVS could learn a lot from them in my own opinion.
