Debbie, the manager, is rude, and the associates are lazy. The store is never open at 8 a.m. as it is supposed to be, leaving people waiting outside for a long time when they need to get their items. The associates are very unhelpful.

CVS
The facility is well lit inside and out. Plenty of parking and handicap parking.
Concrete walkways need cleaned. Entry carpet needs cleaned. Interior carpet needs cleaned.
Stock I checked was date rotated however every shelf I checked was dusty or seriously dusty. Shelves were well stocked
Staff was curious about what I was doing but they were helpful and friendly.

Been on hold for over 20 minutes 01/02/25. I came in for DOT physical at the minute clinic here and they did not fill out page #4. I came 12/23/24. This is ridiculous.
Edit: 01/02/25…was on hold for over 1 hour. You will not get to speak to anyone in the store if that is your goal. The agent told me that she would send an email to the nurse practitioner to complete the form that was left blank. What a mess.

They never answer their phone, getting a prescription is always a headache due to lack of staff as usual. Whoever is running that store needs to hire more staff and do something to keep them there. The front store and the pharmacy. It’s always a mess and has been for a long time. The few people they have in the pharmacy are pretty good, It’s not their fault they are understaffed. I just wish the management would do something about it.

Didn't have my prescription and sent me clear to KCK to pick it up. When I got there they didn't have it and basically said too bad. Thankfully Sigler Pharmacy on prairie star had it and did an incredible job.

Online it says the pharmacy closes at 9:00, I stopped by at 8:30 and it is closed.

The WORST service in town, hands down. If you gotta go to CVS, we highly recommend choosing another location. We've been using this location for 7 years, however, in the past 2 years it has gone in the tank for customer service and patient care.This location is incapable of sustaining sufficient staff to maintain effective patient care. After several months of CVS being unable to manage inventory in order to fill monthly maintenance medications we will not be returning to this store again. Delays in treatment are not to be taken lightly. CVS will delay treatment if the medication you require isn't their preferred manufacturer (higher profit margins). Either delay your treatment while they try to order your medications or you can walk out today with another formula that you can't tolerate.

This is by far the worst pharmacy in the area. First of all, finding an employee in the store is next to impossible. Second, the pharmacy hours that they post are apparently just suggestions. Don't assume that if you show up during the posted "open" hours that the pharmacy will actually be open. And NEVER assume that the drive through pharmacy will be open - because it's usually not. This CVS is so bad I'm actually considering changing my health insurance to a plan that has the Walgreens across the street as part of their network.

This is my second time today, script was supposed to be ready at 230, waited till 345. Only to be told it would be pushed to the top as they told the other 3 people in front of me. Only 2 people working 7 people in line, 3 pharmacy calls waiting, drive through closed. Script not ready is common.Time to move scripts somewhere else.

WARNING: They cancelled our vaccination appointments 3 times in a row. If you really, need a flu, rsv and covid vaccine, schedule your appointment at another location. Don't waste 6 1/2 weeks like we did.
