The WORST service in town, hands down. If you gotta go to CVS, we highly recommend choosing another location. We've been using this location for 7 years, however, in the past 2 years it has gone in the tank for customer service and patient care.This location is incapable of sustaining sufficient staff to maintain effective patient care. After several months of CVS being unable to manage inventory in order to fill monthly maintenance medications we will not be returning to this store again. Delays in treatment are not to be taken lightly. CVS will delay treatment if the medication you require isn't their preferred manufacturer (higher profit margins). Either delay your treatment while they try to order your medications or you can walk out today with another formula that you can't tolerate.

This is by far the worst pharmacy in the area. First of all, finding an employee in the store is next to impossible. Second, the pharmacy hours that they post are apparently just suggestions. Don't assume that if you show up during the posted "open" hours that the pharmacy will actually be open. And NEVER assume that the drive through pharmacy will be open - because it's usually not. This CVS is so bad I'm actually considering changing my health insurance to a plan that has the Walgreens across the street as part of their network.

This is my second time today, script was supposed to be ready at 230, waited till 345. Only to be told it would be pushed to the top as they told the other 3 people in front of me. Only 2 people working 7 people in line, 3 pharmacy calls waiting, drive through closed. Script not ready is common.Time to move scripts somewhere else.

WARNING: They cancelled our vaccination appointments 3 times in a row. If you really, need a flu, rsv and covid vaccine, schedule your appointment at another location. Don't waste 6 1/2 weeks like we did.

Went to the minute clinic for poison ivy that just won't go away. Everyone was kind and I loved my NP! She was so sweet and helpful. She also helped me check pharmacies that had my prescription in stock before I even left her office. The whole experience was quick and pleasant. 10/10

I've sat in the same spot for over 30 minutes waiting for my turn in line. They must be paying these pharmacists poorly because no one is working here and they are very apathetic about customer service.

Waited for over 45 mins and then checked my phone. There was a text from cvs telling me my prescription was ready 20mins earlier.Texting to notify customers their prescriptions are ready is a great idea. HOWEVER, cvs needs to tell their customers to look for a text.

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever dealt with. They will just blatantly lie about a pick up time for your medicine and then when you show up at that time they tell you to come back the next day. Also some of the rudest people working behind the pharmacy.

I can't even put how impressed I am with this place into words, but I will try. I've never had a quicker line move in a CVS in my lifetime. It only took an hour to make it to the front of the line, and then I was greeted by the friendliest of windows being shut. I've never even met a better window. I also had a pleasant experience in the restrooms, by far the least dirtiest restroom I have ever visited in a CVS. I would recommend some plumbing proposals, if I were a plumber, but all in all it was great. I would travel to this CVS across many state lines in the great United States of America just to experience the great customer service and hospitality.I could just rave on and on, but I'll stop right there. Thank y'all for the outstanding service. I WILL BE TELLING MY NEIGHBORS ABOUT THIS PLACE!

Incredible customer service. I’ve never had to wait hours or to the next day to get a script filled. 3rd best CVS in Kansas by far. Restrooms are a little dingy and never cleaned but that’s okay because I never p*** on public.

This is by far the longest I've had to wait for meds. Neither the drive thru line nor the inside line have moved in over 30 minutes. I've been here an hour and moved up one spot. Absolutely, unacceptable.

Had a sick kid and there were no appointments available. Thought we would see if we could maybe get a walk-in appointment. Dr. Cromwell squeezed him in between other appointments and was super friendly and thorough in checking out my son. So glad we came here and were able to get in.

I transferred all of my prescriptions away from cvs because of this location. Incredibly slow and terrible pharmacy staff. I would often spend 30 plus minutes in line to show up for a prescription I was notified of being ready to be told it’s not available yet. I wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star.
