This place is incredible! I came for a patch for a couple of tires and to see if they could rotate as well. They had 1:30mins till close so he let me know they might not be able to rotate. They patched the tire and rotated free of charge. They are so professional and kind here. This is why I will always buy tires from discount tires!

Great service. Had a valve stem break on me. Showed up in the fly without an appointment, was greeted immediately, and only about 30 minutes wait time. Charlie was great answering the phone quick and answering questions. I checked the work myself after getting the car back. All tires are inflated to the proper pressure and the wheel was torqued to the proper 130 nm.

Called and ordered tires. 3 were in stock and they transferred the 4th from another location the next business day. Very Efficient and Very Friendly. Recommended.

Worse experience ever replacing $1400 tires , not trained properly employees in shop and in costumer service ,the one who start doing the work broke one of the screws and said they can't do anything else on it until I get all lug nuts loosen up for them , did loosen ,then ended up not replacing tires arguing they can't with a screw missing when no one say that in first place and they're the ones broke it , wish it was a different experience i love doing business with local shops

Called them at 5:30pm on a Friday after I noticed a bulging sidewall. They said come on in. They got me 2 new tires and on the road again just 5 minutes after they closed at 6pm.

I called in the morning to reserve the tires I needed and when I came in they gave me a wait time of about 2.5 hours. I went to grab lunch. When I checked the tracker they said my car was done so I returned, but wasn’t acknowledged by one of three employees at the front. I also never received a call so I figured maybe my car wasn’t done and there was a glitch in the website - nbd.
After an hour of sitting there somebody finally talked to me and said my car had in fact been done. I paid and was given my key, only to be told my car was just parked in the back. I truly don’t mind having to walk to get my car - but I watched every other customer (male) have their car pulled up right up front. Why wasn’t I given that service? Why wasn’t I called when my car was done in the first place?

These guys said it was too cold to air up my tire. That I have to waste an hour so they can bring my truck inside to put air in the tire. Absolutely trash customer service.
