I’ve been in there a few times. The times I have been in there I’ve seen a woman named Jessica working. She’s awesome but she always seems to be doing everything by herself. Why?.. She works really hard from what I’ve seen. More help for this store is needed!..

I love this dollar tree and since around January I noticed a change in staff and poor Jess (My favorite employee) is running around in the store alone. I wanted to return something but she can't get into the system? She always helped me before. Get it together DT! Your going to loose a good employee due to none coverage. She should be paid x3 as she is working for 3 plus people! Store looks good and clean. I dont know how she does it. God bless your heart!

This dollar tree used to be my favorite one! I met one of your employees in a different store, I didn't see her there anymore so I asked where she went and a Darlene told me she was transfered to shawnee. I visited both locations finally finding her!!! She is one of the kindest people I have ever met and she has always been so kind to me and my red hat best friends. I travel to shawnee 1 hour out of my way just to shop there because of her!
Today I went in by myself and i witnessed a crazy show. I seen a lady of color yelling at Jess in public. I talked to my ex husband (God rest his soul now) better then she was talking to that poor young woman! Your store is the best stocked, has all of your items out before other stores and I guess she was being yelled at for it im not sure it made me so uncomfortable and I felt very embarrassed to even be in the store. I also felt bad for the employee being yelled at like she does nothing. EVERYTIME I go into the store I always see her! She is one of ur hardest workers and best employees you have. The way she was treated today and I had to witness I'm not sure if I can come back and not witness that again. The woman yelling at Jess should be fired! I'm an old lady who is educated and owned a very successful business. I would never allow anyone, employee or not to speak to another employee that way. I believe her name was Tanya or Tonya I couldn't see a name tag I just heard them talking to each other. If you still have Jess as an employee after this you should count yourselves lucky. If I still had my shop I would hire her to manage it.
Dollar tree, I'm so very disappointed in what I had to witness today along with all of the other customers. That was so unprofessional. Jess if you can read this if they let you, keep standing tall! You're a WONDERFUL employee and person and very determined! I pray you don't take anything to heart that woman said to you. GOD BLESS! IT'S 2025 AND I'M SORRY that you had to start yours off like this. You should recieve a bonus!
I will make sure I let my red hat club ladies know and also anyone else I know that goes there what I had to witness. I hope your happy loosing a valued customer and many more. I hope that lady is fired and made to appologize to Jess! Aline.

I would normally say this dollar tree has it together but this morning I went around 8:30 to grab a few things. The female I believe is a female might be a male was very rude during check out. I get you may not be a morning person but don't put a damper on my parade. Rude

This dollar tree has one person at the register majority of the time even when there is a long line wrapped around the store. The managers do not offer help and let the cashiers deal with it on their own. I do not recommend this Dollar Tree.

My family loves Dollar Tree, and this is consistently the best we've seen in the area. The store is always bright and clean, the shelves are well-stocked, and I've always thought the employees were friendly and helpful.

While still shopping I noticed the line was extremely long & because I knew my daughter had somewhere to be soon I pointed it out to her & said we better go ahead & think about checking out. At that time an employee, older white female with glasses, took it upon herself to walk out of one of the aisles with her voice quite raised & began to tell me they were busy because she had been emptying a truck. I said that's fine, I was having a personal conversation with my daughter. She then went over to another register & screamed out, "last in line only please" as if she were going to punish me & make me wait longer, because there was 1 person behind us. I had no intention of going to her line anyway after the way she had spoken to me but decided at that moment I work way too hard for my money to spend it anywhere that would condone that behavior.I pulled my cart to the side, bit my tongue & we walked out. Obviously, we will never go back there.

Third time I've had this cashier, he's nice to everyone in front of me barely speaks to me. After paying I said thank you he said nothing!!

Very Rude. Person working felt the need to announce over the intercom that "the person letting their children wonder around in here, to get them under control" Completely uncalled for. I have a 1, 3 and 5 year old trying to pick out some Halloween decorations for them. They were excited and your a terrible human.
