The lady her name I believe is Shelby. She assisted with pricing for a storage unit. She was wonderful. She was very helpful, sweet, patient and knowledgeable. I may store my belongings at extra Space Storage. I wish all employees were like her. I give her a A+++++

Fast, easy website. Best discount going. I only wish they had a different lock hasp—the kind with the round lock and bar that every other storage facility uses!Sabrina was awesome, helped me with my questions. Clean, accessible, well lit, safe—5 thumbs up for Extra Space!

I really liked the specials they had available on the size I was looking for, very clean and organized facility grounds. Sarah , super helpful and kind and polite. I would recommend anyone who is wanting to be in a better facility to come to Shawnee.
