Scheduled online to do an Oil & Lube for a Thursday. Showed up and they didn't look at their system to see I had an appointment. Scheduled me for Friday. Showed up on Friday to be told they don't have time to do the work and scheduled me for Tuesday. Showed up on Tuesday for them to tell me they had actually scheduled me for the following Tuesday. Three wasted trips to this location. They will never get my business and I would recommend anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced here, go somewhere else.

Waste of time and money. Told the guy on the phone what needed to be looked at. Came in and waited over am hour just to be told what needed to be looked at, and to continue it would take a couple more hours. What the hell have they even been doing in there.

This team is awesome! I worked with Josh and team to get two tires on my car. They were there way after close to get the work completed and my car back to me. I can now safely travel as planned today. The two techs worked diligently and everything was completed above expectations. Great work team and thanks for taking such great care of my family.

The gentlemen who work there are always friendly and helpful, very knowledgable, and good at keeping us informed on what is happening and when the vehicle work will be completed. I always get a good deal and rest assured that the work is being done right.

No problem with the actual work, they do good work. My only beef is that despite having booked an oil change and tire rotation a couple of weeks in advance, I still had to wait over 2 hours for them to get it done. In fairness they seemed busy, but then that's the point of the appointment, no? :-)

Joshua was courteous, helpful, they were on time. I will definitely take my car there again. I didn’t feel like they were trying to over charge. This was Firestone on Silverheel Drive.

They were able to work us into the schedule on a Saturday to replace the brakes on my son who came home from college to do this. They were professional and communicated constantly throughout the day. This is our Firestone location of choice for all our vehicle needs!

Woody and Josh deserve a raise, this is the most professionally run auto repair shop I have taken my vehicles to. They truly care about doing a great job and taking care of their customers. They are honest and polite, it's awesome to see them there through the years as I know these can be high turnover shops.
