We have come this this Goodyear multiple times for new tires on our vehicles. We have always been greeted with a warm smile and friendly service. We know what is going on with our vehicle and always informed when it's finishing up. The team is efficient and value the time of their customers. Always grateful for the extra effort you put into your service.

Horrible service. Over an hour to patch a hole. Then, come to find out, they took a chunk out of my tire and mounted it so it would not be seen. They tried to fix it with bead sealer. I'd give them zero stars if possible. Do not use them.

Chris saw my kid coming and took advantage of a teenager and its NOT the first time Ive seen this here. She came in to get 1 tire mounted and balanced but insted came home with 2 new tires and a front end allignment at almost $500. Very much like them telling me my truck needed an alignment when it didnt; and I knew that becasue I paid someone else to do it less than 24 hrs before. The people here seem friendly but will talk ANYONE into unneeded services and con them into shoddy work. My last rotor turn then did wrong and when I stop my whole front end whobbles. I was told I would get credit for tred left on my tires and then when I wen toget new ones they said they dont do that. Buisness seems to be whoevers in charge at the given moment. They will eventually loose to the Firestone across the street.

Quick to find things for you to buy and add on to your total, just as quick to ignore the services you have specifically requested on your appointment. Got new tires and asked for alignment. Got the tires but they completely ignored alignment even though the night before I joked with the man at the front counter about how I know the alignment is pretty bad and asked him to fix it for me just for me to show up the next morning with no alignment made. Can't wait for these new tires to wear down insanely quick....

Price and fees for tires was higher than Walmart and Costco. They got us in on a Saturday that was a bonus.Professional staff. Pay a little more get a little more.Are Goodyear tires better than walmarts Hanook? I have no idea?

These guys work fast and do a good job. Just got two front tires and alignment, and they knocked it out in a little over an hour! Fast, easy, and a decent price point.

In January, I took my Toyota Avalon to the dealer, for some other issues and they told me my break pads were going to need replaced soon, but I decided to wait, and I sort of forgot about it and suddenly last Friday my brake light came on. That's when I realized I might have to pay for new rotors in addition to pads. I called around and didn't like most of the quotes I received, and decided to have Goodyear look at them, while I waited, so I made an appointment. The price was right, they just resurfaced the rotors instead of replacing them, and I was in and out in about an hour. Thanks Christopher and Aaron for taking good care of me and doing quick and honest work!

Called to ask for if they have specific tires for my car and the front lady answered and said I won’t find one in the 100 mike radius and this place..we’ll I called the Goodyear in Mission and they said they have it. This lady that works in Shawnee is an incompetent.
