This morning I took my daughter, and they were talking to us so rude! I come here just for the price but ladies are extremely rude or at least the one did the haircut for my kid, and even I came for the price I am paying for the service so at least talk to me nicely.

I can only evaluate this salon based on a phone call to inquire about a stylist that I thought might be employed there that I liked. I was hung up on twice by a rude employee that had no intention of giving me the information that I asked for. I was appalled that Great Clips allows stylists to talk to potential customers in that way. Thankfully, other Great Clips salons are more courteous and professional.
