I had a haircut at great clips and it was my worst experience since before why do u guys keep changing the staff are u guys experimenting on customers with ua trainee or new staff??? She literally ruined my hair she didn't knw how to do a haircut even after me explaining her she didn't do as i wanted what kind of do u guys have??? One of the lady had cut my hair last she did a fabulous job but this time i had got my hair ruined by ua staff and i want u guys to compensate me for that this is really disgusting and im really disappointed this time😡😡😡😡😡

I've had great haircut experiences at this location. My go to stylist is Megan and she does an excellent job with my haircut. She provides a professional and friendly service every time I'm there for an appointment. I highly recommend her at this location.

Staff is very friendly and I like all the technicians I get each time!
More and more I am having to return after my haircut as the back of my hair is not to my satisfaction (there is visible line which forms a “V” which is noticeable). This last trip, I returned to correct the back only (was very clear) but before I could even react, she was shearing up the sides all the way up to my part as well (which I did not request and was actually done well the first time). Now I have an “egg head look” for 3-4 weeks until the top grows out and I can have the sides trimmed at lower area (like it shaved at bottom but graduated in length higher and never anything cut on top as I do that). I prefer more of a squared up cut instead of a rounded shaved look as my head is oval in shape. I realize it is hard to listen to everything a customer wants but It is frustrating to worry if it will be done to my preference. 🫣😩

I want to start by saying Thank you so much to Cat who went above and beyond to make my experience today right. I had my hair cut by Kaitlyn today at first. As I do appreciate conversation during my hair cut she seemed to want to talk more than pay attention to my hair & what I asked for. She layered the right side of my head very heavy and did not touch the left before saying she was done. I asked her to please layer the left side as well and she then did a little bit it still felt very uneven. I left the salon feeling like I was pushed to the side honestly. I don’t know if she was just very distracted or being careless. Once I got home I realized just how uneven it was and went back to have someone else fix it. Cat fixed it with no issue free of charge and I love it. Thank you again Cat!

I’m done with you guys. Always close so damn early. Most people work a 9-5 so how do you expect them to get there haircut. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I showed up at 4:23pm and got turned away

First visit today. Very good experience. I was way overdue for a haircut. People here were really nice, got a great haircut. Checked in online and only waited a few minutes.

I had/have a $8.99 coupon for haircut which I had downloaded from Great Clips website before my appointment yesterday but after my haircut the lady claimed that they can’t accept it because they don’t have an option of $8.99 coupons in their system. So why would the website offers such a discount that some stores don’t accept it or don’t want it honor? Why?

Stylist was good and friendly but really hate not being able to choose the same stylist each time. Expensive if you don't have a coupon.

I hate to put things as 2 stars but hear me out, I had medium hair yk but my hair is short af now I still wanted it to be medium just trimmed. the employees are nice but I can't even go to school bc of my hair. So that's my review.
