The staff are always great and always willing to help you find what you're looking for. The aisles are wide so even if busy, it never feels crowded. The store is adjusted clean and well lit. It's a nice place to pop in, grab whatever you need for that day's project and be on your way much faster than at a giant warehouse store.

I dislike going to this particular HF. Simply because the people that work here are just arrogant, are on their phone - with folks in the store, having full blown conversations with each other while you stare at them waiting for your existence to be acknowledged, or just give off cliche uncaring attitude before you even engage them or while doing so.
Isaiah is time and again the one person I'll wait and grab if I need help as hes a direct opposite of an employee , and person. Simply so I don't have to deal with the overwhelming compulsion to drop everything I need to buy, and drive to the HF in Olathe who's store is fantastic or go to HD down the street when I have to work with most everyone but him or Jen.
