“Shout out to Keith the night clerk who took care of my reservation screw up after a long day of travel, and getting me into a comfy bed. Extra big shout out to the old fashioned customer service instincts of General Manager Kevin Bundy for helping me out today. As a business traveler, it’s a great thing to have excellent people take care of you.”

“We recently stayed in this Comfort Inn and were very pleased with our stay. From checking in with Candy to checkout it was very welcoming. Very clean, good breakfast and server, and wonderful staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel!!!”

“Nothing to complain about here. The food in the bar and the drinks were not impressive. The air-conditioning in the room went out one night, but they quickly accommodated me and got me into an upgraded room. Beds are nice.”

“A beautiful, clean, and calm hotel. Perfect location, as there are tons of shopping options. Great restaurants everywhere. The bar is nice and the staff is awesome.”

“The hotel was conveniently located, and the staff was amazing. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and overall we had a great stay. Doordash delivers, there is a walmart less than 10 minutes away and 2 gas stations within walking distance. There are also restaurants and fast food places nearby. The fully stocked kitchens and lend locker made sure we had everything we needed to make it feel more like home. My only complaint was the shower setup. The shower head had plenty of water pressure, but it was mounted very high and was difficult to adjust. Even angled as far down as I could get it, the water still hit the back wall of the tub, which made it nearly impossible to step out of the spray while washing without standing right up against the faucet. A more adjustable shower head would make a huge difference.”

“My husband and I have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times and it is consistently clean, staff very friendly and a decent selection of breakfast foods! Thank you to their staff for a well run hotel! We also like that it is close to many restaurants that are in walking distance. We will be back next time we are in Kansas!”

“A truly wonderful stay! The breakfast was exceptionally delicious, and the staff at the front desk were so nice and welcoming. The room, bathroom, bed, and towels were all immaculately clean. It was wonderfully quiet both inside and outside, with no unpleasant odors at all. Highly recommended!”

“The front desk staff was very nice. The room was clean, the king bed was comfortable but the pull-out sofa bed was not. It would not be a good option for an adult. The hot tub was small but hot which was really nice. The pictures of the pool are deceiving, it is not actually an indoor outdoor there is a removable wall. I. The summer it is open. So half of the pool is covered. It is deep and the water was warm. Unfortunately the restaurant food was not good. The kids n pizza portion was to much for a child and the crust was doughy. My husband had fish and chips and he didnt care for his meal either. Overall a good expeeiance just dont eat on the propert”

“I came here for one night due to unfortunate circumstances in my life.I have been homeless living out of my jeep Cherokee for ten days. My best friend and roommate of 10 years passed away unexpectedly , there was not a thing I could do to help Mark. I could not afford rent payment singularly , rather I terminated my occupancy the landlord was in agreement , instead of draining the court system. Initially, I met Karen I believe is her name, she was working at the front desk and she was very accommodating and helpful for me to get a room overnight at a palatable price. I told her my extenuating circumstances since she was sympathetic and kind. Then I have met this other woman this morning. Julie who works at the front desk as well. I came here for rest and relaxation for twenty four hours from the heat i'm going back to bed ? for a few hours.understanding if somehow don't make it in time out the door, they know I'm old.Lol yes, I give it 5 stars and yes, I will stay here again just for the situation i had stated. The water ran plenty hot.I love that good pressure.Everything was clean and the bed was to the buy for I shouldn't say that because i'm going back in it or if a few hours just kidding , it is the most comfortable bed , but i've been in , I think ever besides my airbed,it'll take time to get back on my feet , in the meantime , I know there's a place of refuge for me to go and that is here.”

“I have been going here with my family for years. The only downside is the price but we see it as a splurge so we usually come just for one night once a year. We always arrive a few hours early and our room is usually ready. The water park is awesome, something for everyone. They have improved the food service over the years, they have vegan options and mocktails which are really great. We did the magiquest one year it is really time consuming so we would not do it again. The rooms are really cute, sometimes we get a regular room but a few times we have reserved a kid cabin which has a separate bunk bed. This place is really a top notch indoor water park. It is very clean and safe. I have never been in the summer but they have some outdoor stuff as well. Eta: kids beds are terrible, my kids always complain about how uncomfortable they are. Cute themed rooms but bed comfort leaves a lot to be desired”

“The new manager was super nice and helpful . Housekeeping was supposed to clean the room before we got in but they didn't so we cleaned it ourselves. Not bad for a cheap motel, rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, but not bad. Usually in cheap motels like this you would expect some kind of bugs, not a single one in sight though. Happy surprise there !! Haha just being honest !”

“First, Alex, who greeted us at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. He checked us into our room the fastest anyone ever had. Alex could be working at any hotel he wanted to. Overall the hotel is dated. The room was OK. The mattresses were a little worn. We had a room on the 2nd floor, and the floor creaked quite a bit. The guy staying in the room above us kept us up late walking back and forth in his room. The grounds could have used some care. The hotel didn't look cared for driving up to it.”

“I’ve been staying here for a few months while getting back on my feet, and overall it’s been a really positive experience. The biggest thing I appreciate is how understanding and accommodating the staff has been throughout my stay. They’ve worked with me during a transitional time in my life, and that level of flexibility and professionalism goes a long way. The rooms are simple but functional, and everything I’ve needed has been taken care of when issues come up. Maintenance has been responsive, and the environment feels consistent and reliable, which is important when you’re staying longer-term. I have had my TV repaired, lights fixed when needed, and even switched me to a room on the top floor when one became available. It’s also in a convenient location with easy access to food, stores, and the highway, which makes day-to-day life a lot easier. If you’re looking for a place for an extended stay where the staff actually treats you like a person and not just a number, this location does a good job of that. Big shout out again to Joseph, Kaleb, and Marissa. Thank you all for such a great stay and feeling like home.”

“They were very accommodating for my dogs. Breakfast was decent. It consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, and gravy. The biscuits were really hard, unfortunately. Except for a minor issue in the bathroom that I made the manager aware of, the room was clean and comfortable.”

“My room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The AC works great and had enough plug-ins for my stuff. The only downside was the elevator was out, they're waiting on a part for it. My room is on the 3rd floor but the front desk guy was kind enough to help me carry my bag up. I truly appreciated that!! I've stayed here before and I will again. Thank you BW+❤”
