This was the best experience I’ve had in shopping for a new mattress. I wasn’t pressured and was given time to decide what I wanted. The bed I chose is fabulous and sleeps like a dream. Ben was very informative about the products he had available and was a great help with choosing a mattress. I would definitely recommend Kansas City Mattress to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Ben is super amazing he listens, he was very patient with me and very professional he explained to me what mattress has what and what they were good for superior service and the 90 days same as cash with the low cost of the mattresses/box springs then they have a delivery company that you can use like Uber unfortunately there site was down yesterday so Ben himself hand delivered it to me and took time out of his day! I slept so well last night in my new bed and didn't wake up super sore like I normally do! Thank you Ben to the amazing service I have already given the store information out to 3 people. I have tenants that I will refer to here as well. Excellent exceptional and also fast but not rushed.

Financing was a breeze and delivery was quick and easy. Highly recommend to anyone in the KC area looking for a nice mattress at a reasonable price! Will definitely be telling my friends and family.

Ben is a great person to work with. He’s very professional and has simple to hybrid mattresses. I went with hybrid but they are worth it and so is his business. I’m very pleased with my selection and will return the next time I need to replace again. I definitely recommend his business if looking for mattresses.
