I recently purchased a 2006 Lexus LS 430 from KC Auto Connection—located at 5232 Merriam Dr, Shawnee, KS 66203—and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. This particular model has been a dream car of mine since it first came out, and finding one in such great condition felt like a full-circle moment.
From start to finish, the team—Tony Hatmaker, Dion Monroe, and Henry Frazier—made the entire process seamless. They didn’t just sell me a car—they walked with me through every step, answering questions, being transparent, and handling the logistics. They even arranged shipping for the vehicle, which arrived at my door just two days later. That level of speed and professionalism speaks volumes.
The LS 430 arrived exactly as described, and it’s clear these guys care about what they do. It’s rare these days to find a dealership that genuinely values both their cars and their customers.

I recently had a disappointing experience with this dealership. I was assured that the car I was interested in would be removed from their website once I paid the deposit. However, this never happened. To make matters worse, the salesperson falsely claimed that I had requested a tire change when, in fact, it was an offer they made. Just because you have my signature doesn't give you the right to make arbitrary decisions. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable. Whoever ends up paying $15k for that car should think twice.
I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a straightforward and honest transaction.

Highly recommended. I was in need of a newer, reliable vehicle, I contacted the gentlemen at KC Auto Connection with the specifics I was looking for and the price range I wanted to spend. They immediately went on a hunt for that vehicle. The buying experience was amazing, simple and they were very professional. If you are on the hunt for a nice used vehicle, go see the gentlemen at KC Auto Connection and tell'em I sent ya!!I am enjoying my 2016 Lexus RX350 F-Sport!!

If you need a sign to not purchase a car from this place, THIS IS IT! I have had my car since July, and dealing with this dealership has been a headache. The main problem was my hybrid battery. The very next day after I bought my car, every single light on the dash board lit up and it read “Check Hybrid Battery” I took it back to the dealership and they said it’s because my battery was corroded. Took a week for them to “clean” my battery and once I got my car back, on that same day, the lights lit up again. So I took my car back, this time they had it for 3 weeks! Saying that they had to drain the battery and charge it back up. I got my car back, and guess what happened on the same day? THE LIGHTS CAME ON AGAIN! At this point I expressed my frustration because it was clear that they were not trying to abide by the 50/50 warranty and replace my hybrid battery (which was $2000). I ending up popping up at the dealership in September and surprising them with my brother by my side so I can express my frustrations face to face. I guess they were finally intimidated enough to get a new battery, their half was $1000. Great, now that’s fixed but I had another issue with my passenger side mirror. The day I purchased my car we signed a “We Owe You” contract so they are responsible for replacing my mirror. It’s November now and it’s STILL not fixed. At first they said they were looking for the exact mirror in the same color as my car. They said they found a silver one, but because it wasn’t the color of my car, they didn’t purchase it. So I’m thinking why won’t you all just get it painted? But these are obviously very cheap penny pinching people, so whatever. Then they said they can have their mechanic fix it, they wouldn’t need to replace the entire mirror anymore. Ok awesome, finally coming to a solution after 4 months. The day I was supposed to get my mirror fixed, they reassured me that they can fix it that same day so I dropped my car off and took an Uber home. SOON as I get home they said they were no longer able to fix it and I can come get my car, after already spending $15 on my Uber! Then I had to spend another $15 going back there so I’m out of $30 because they are extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I called and expressed my frustrations over the phone, so did my fiancé because we have been getting the run around with these people since July. Dion Moore (part owner of the dealership) said that he will no longer service my car at all anymore because he didn’t like the tone we used with him and he hung up in our face, accused us of cursing him out (which we didn’t) then he told me the “We Owe You” contract expired 30 days after I purchased my car. WHICH HE IS LYING because I have the contract right in my face and there is no indication of that. These people are unprofessional, disorganized and cheap. I love supporting black businesses, but I regret supporting them. Please go to another dealership down the street, these people are NOT IT!

I am a single mom and needed a car expeditiously. I stepdad took me to this WONDERFUL dealership, and I felt good simply walking into the building. From Tony to Dion and Henry. They worked with me and my stepdad to help me find a car in MY BUDGET! Words do not express how much I appreciate those gentlemen. I was there less than 2 hours and, on my way, home. I just cant say it enough God bless those men and their business. Thankful, grateful, full of appreciation.

Sold me an awesome vehicle at a great price. Car in awesome condition and well maintained. I've been driving it for 6 months now with no issues. Also great customer service and help through all the transfer process. First vehicle I purchase in KC and I could honestly say they are a great group of gentlemen to do business with. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This is the best dealership my husband and I have ever worked with. Everyone is so kind, understanding, they actually listen to their customers and they do any and everything they can to solve an issue! We had title issues with the vehicle we purchased, they were fast acting and did everything they could do to help us out! I will forever go here for a vehicle and recommend everyone to them! Definitely the place to buy a vehicle from!!
