i was looking for a car and came upon this place i thought it was going to be really good place based off the how helpful everyone was here and it just genuinely seemed like a good place so i bought a car here on April 12 and i have had continuous problems with it sense, i didn’t even get the car for 3 days and there was the first problem and after that its just been getting worse so just a heads up these cars are lemons be carful buying from them unless you want to waste your money. The salesman i had talked to was Fred which he seemed like a great guy which was nice because at least they have that going for them but other than that i would not buy these cars.

Don the salesman and Tamara in finance are an amazing team! I specifically visited KC Used Car Emporium after seeing the car I really wanted posted on their website. I didn’t think it was going to happen at first but Tamara worked her magic and I was able to drive away in my “new to me” car!! Great customer service all around and so incredibly helpful. We just purchased a car from KC Used Car Emporium! They were absolutely fantastic to work with! Tamara in the finance department went above and beyond to make the deal happen! She was amazing to work with and very patient as we gathered our insurance documents. Don was our sales guru! Don was a joy to work with, as well! He helped every step of the way to purchasing our 2014 Subaru Forrester AWD!!!

Visited looking for a car for our teenager. Fred, our sales person was great! Super helpful and friendly. Tamara the finance manager is very knowledgeable and got the paperwork done quickly. Appreciated that the location is no frills and the cars were in good shape for a fair price.
