We ordered a 16 pc all legs and thighs meal, with 2 -1/2 gallon dr.pepper and a 6 piece leg and thigh meal. We were told 13-15 minute wait. Almost 45 minutes later I went into the store ( we ordered in drive through) and was told my order was just being put together. Cue another 15 minute wait. Finally get the order... But it's not legs and thighs!! The employee grabs food out of the bucket no gloves on and informs me that piece is a breast... Eric the manager came out and told me that's what happens when you order in the app! Ummm we ordered in the drive through and are almost an hour in for 22 pieces of chicken!!! They then try again with little effort of course. One bucket of the cbicken is extra extra dark and inedible pretty sure it's burnt. The mac and cheese is so dry and been sitting there so long its crumbly and rubber, and the lovely just add water mashed potatoes didn't even get enough water as they are still full of dry potatoe mix!! My two half gallons of soda first came as 2 large sodas.... This place is a circus and the clowns have no idea theyre even working at KFC! Eric was kind enough to tell me I could call his regional or district manager on Monday, and that I could contact them by calling Human Resources, which he doesn't have a number for. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place AT ALL!!! They will take your money, have you wait an hoir and still not be able to get your order correct or prepped correctly!!! And Eric with his broken nose just doesn't care! There was 1 woman with 2 kids in the lobby, and one other vehicle in the drive through the whole hour they were busy not making our food! And Eric wanted me to understand they are super busy as he tells me this! There is one man waiting to order, and us still waiting for food..... I guess anything more than one cistomer in drive through or in lobby is too much for this location to handle!! DO BETTER! KFC!!! DO BETTER

Came in and ordered a 16-piece family meal a chocolate chip cake and a half gallon of sweet tea spent almost $70 sat at a dirty table to wait for them to make it then took it home I wish that I would have checked the bags before I got all the way home because the sides weren't even halfway full and the sweet tea was so awful my son actually puked after taking a sip the cake I thought was a small cake that could be split for the family but it's actually a little tiny person sized cake definitely will not be coming back do not waste your money here!

IF GO IN U WILL HAVE GOOD SERVICE AND YOUR FOOD WILL BE CORRECT. IF U GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU WHO KNOWS WHO WILL HAPPEN. THERE ALWAYS SHORT HANDED. THERE APP WAS TRURNED OFF WHEN T VISITED ON A FRIDAY AT 6PM. GO FIGURE.

Dirty, nasty, filthy! The store had only been open an hour and ALL the tables were Dirty and all the pop selection was all water! Gross. Never coming back again.

The first time I went to this location. Which was about three months ago. I ordered some chicken. They told me they were all out of original recipe. Then I ordered some chicken tenders. They tried to charge me double of what the menu price said. When I questioned that they told me, in order to get The lower price I would have to order online. I decided to give them a try again yesterday. I arrived at 10 after 11. I was the only one there in the drive-through. An automated voice came on and told me to start my order at any time. It took about three minutes for a live person to come on. I ordered some chicken wings. They told me they were all out of them.

Staff has minimal customer service skills. Food safety is not a priority. Numerous food handling violations that need addressed before they make someone sick. Very apparent staff does not like their jobs or want to help or interact with customers. KFC needs to revisit and retrain staff or pull the franchise license for not supporting company standards.

French fries were cold and hard. Chicken sandwich and chicken tenders cold, tough and chewy. This was at noon, prime lunch time! Sweet Tea was not sweet and tasted awful!
