Kohls’ customer service is poor. Only one overworked clerk at customer service. Seven people in line. Rest of the store is empty.

Line can get a little long at customer service. Return counter for Amazon is separate... Was informed incorrectly by employee in Sephora. Also, pickup can be either at the Amazon counter or customer service counter so it is frustrating if you waited in line at one to find out it is at the other. Staff are helpful and respectful though

Very good service at check out. Great discounts and rewards. Only negative is that they frequently don't have my size. Too common, I guess.

It was easy to open a credit card and save a ton of money. Pay it off right away. Boom. Done. The cashier was awesome. So friendly. I've never been treated so well in a retail store. I'll be back!

We all order off Amazon and return quite a bit and the nice thing about returning it to Kohl's is they give you a 15% off coupon to use while You're in the store, brilliant marketing. I do like how they carry Large Tall in the store while 95% of retailers don't. Overall if you've been in Kohl's then you've been in them and if you haven't been in Kohl's, well, I dunno how you avoided it so long but welcome to the Target of clothing stores; their price is just about average but if you prepare ahead looking for coupons or return an Amazon purchase then use the 15% promo, tough to beat it

I called ahead to make sure they had the shoes I wanted, they held them in customer service so it was very easy to pick them up.

It's Kohl's and they have Kohl's stuff which isn't bad and you can find decent deals. Always long lines at every service line and 2 registers for the whole place though. HAVE FUN!
