two terrible experiences now1st - went and got blood work done. let them know i tend to faint unless i either lay down during, or sit for a few mins after. they didn't have a bed for blood draw (totally no problem) but they wouldn't let me sit in the chair for a few minutes after.2nd - i just went in for a urine test and called ahead of time to see wait times (no one answered - normal for them when they're busy). so i went up there ready to wait, and they're closed for renovations. have been since OCTOBER. they didn't change their answering machine OR update google that they're temp closed.avoid this place at all costs.

Took off work and fasted for labs. They are closed for renovations. Nothing on their website indicates this.

I am surprised by the negative reviews. The two ladies working there were very friendly and efficient. One of my best experiences having blood drawn.

ALL THE VERY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE VERY ACCURATE. THE RECEPTIONIST ACTED LIKE I WAS AN INTERUPTION. SHE VERY RELUCTANTLY CHECKED THE PAPERWORK ON HER DESK. THEN SHE STEARNLY INFORMED ME THAT I HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE SHE WAS GOING TO LOCK THE DOOR AND GO TO LUNCH. IF WANTED MORE HELP....HAD TO WAIT TILL 1:30PM. I CALLED AND LEFT A POLITE message asking to be called back to confirm i could get the lab tests completed today if i came back ASAP. AFTER AN HOUR WENT BY AND DID NOT GET CALLED BACK... I CALLED 6 MORE TIMES BUT NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE. I BECAME VERY DEPRESSED. I CAN SEE WHY PEOPLE SPENT THE TIME RELATING THEIR EXPERIENCES, ...BEING SO FRUSTRATED AND TREATED LIKE A NOBODY. I WOULD ASK THE OWNER TO CONTACT ME BUT FROM LOOKING AT ALL THE REVIEWS FROM THE LAST 2 YEARS, THE OWNER SAYS HE/SHE CARES AND WOULD MAKE CHANGES OR DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO HELP HIS CUSTOMERS. THAT HASNT HAPPENED, FROM WHAT I EXPERIENCED. I HAVE CONTACTED MY PCP AND INFORMED HIM OF MY VERY DISAPPOINTING VISIT AND I WILL NOT ONLY NOT COME BACK TO LABCORP BUT WARN AS MANY FRIENDS, FAMILY AND NEIGHBORS TO AVOID BE TREATED VERY UNPROFFESSIONALLY.I grew up in the baby boomers generation and if we had been treated this way back then, me and my neighbors would have ran the people out of town.There are 10,000 senior citizens retiring everyday in the United States and will continue to become more and more of the type of customers that will need Lab services. To treat baby boomers like this will hurt your business. Reviews are pouring in to social media sites like Google, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, etc. A vast majority of customers theses days are checking reviews before doing business with companies, etc. ALL the Labcorp websites have 2☆ or less. If they stay in business, I will be surprised.

Customer service is non-existent here. The lady doing my drug screening was very passive-aggressive and condescending. Gave me 3 minutes to pee, a min in and she told me my time was up. This place is a joke! After reading the reviews others have written about this location, take your business to Concentra.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DONT RECOMMEND.The nurse with short tip blue nails was so rude and unprofessional. I get that she was the only one there working today but that’s not an excuse for her attitude and behavior.I never felt so disrespected.

Drove out of my way to get here from Lawrence and made an appointment prior just for them to tell me that they couldn’t do my drug test because the person was out? Then told me to go to Lee’s Summit thirty minutes away in Missouri??? I expect at least a notice so I don’t waste my time and money. Very unprofessional

Would recommend NOT using this location for lab services. Staff need serious customer service training, results are delayed or lost and overall this is a very poorly managed location. Staff will not accept any new patients about 1 hour before closing as they want to ensure they are out of the office on time. If you can go elsewhere with your insurance...recommend driving a few extra miles.

I had a good experiencing going to this location. There is nothing wrong with this location or the staff. Regardless of all the 1 star reviews, I found the staff friendly and ready to help. We should treat others like you wish to be treated. I will use this location again in the future.

To Rem Te . Perhaps you don't have patience? Perhaps you're a little bit about yourself and your time versus reality of what they go through and their time? FOLKS the ladies she is berating went out of their way to help me with my questions and inquiries. That woman you took a picture of spent 30 damn minutes to figure out what my payment would be so I knew what I was getting into. Because she cared enough. 8 damn tests she had to look up while in the meantime another guy was complaining so she had to deal with that as well. REM TE you obviously are too involved with yourself or entitled idk. For the rest of you guys reading this ... what a great experience . Thank you young lady who took the time to literally look up every test cost...As an uninsured person she gave me options and was compassionate. ABOVE AND BEYOND. I'm so thankful for both you and the young lady who drew my blood. Please continue to be who you are and ignore the negativity I wish I had gotten your names before I left.

The lady at the desk, gas lighted me when she said, have you been drinking water? Saying it was my fault, after she couldn’t pull blood in right arm, then went on to sticking me in the left arm in the smallest vein. I told her that I was getting light headed and needed to stop. To which she said no. She’s just bad at her job because *I’ve had plenty phlebotomist pull blood easier than her*After 5-8mins we go get the urine test and she then again says it’s my fault for not giving enough urine. That I shouldn’t have gone before coming. So I had to then come back again 1-2hr later to get this test completed for my employer.This PSC area is a joke. Customer service skills aren’t here obviously.*Victoria H is the phlebotomist

Closed due 12-22 to weather and failed to inform appointments prior. Called multiple times 12-23 with no response. Front desk told me someone contacted me to reschedule but I have no missed calls or voicemails. Said they are “too busy to answer the phones”. Very rude and unprofessional.

Came in to do my drug screen for my new job. This is the first time I've ever done a drug test and the lady who took care of the test for me was very rude. She yelled at me that my time was up and I was quickly trying to get up (wasn't told there was a time limit and I have anxiety so sometimes even if I have to go it's hard for me to go on command) she yells again cause I haven't opened the door fast enough. She was very straight with me the whole time and showed no kindness I definitely do not recommend coming to this location.

After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant, but I had a great experience! The woman I checked in with at the front desk was lovely, kind and efficient. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was great also. I did not have an appointment and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
