Purchased refrigerator Whirlpool on Wed Feb 26. Was delivered Monday March 3. Could not be installed because the delivery men could not disconnect the water line. Asked If we were told that only a plumber could do it. Of course we weren't. Never heard this before that you had to go through extra expense after spending over 2 000 dollars.
Told to reschedule another delivery time at no charge. Very disappointed with customer service.

Because of very rude treatment from a Lowes employee, I will NEVER go back to a Lowes Store. I had always considered Lowes to be the best choice.

Installed a new faucet from this location. It leaked less than a year later, but the purchase doesn't show in app so I head to replace at my expense. Have 2 boxes of GE LED bulbs that went bad. GE gave me vouchers to replace under warranty. Store won't honor them. Bought an April Air humidifier here 2 years ago. Solenoid valve went bad. They don't carry replacements. I want to support stores instead of Amazon, but I'm not sure why I keep doing so here.

Ok, so this is a story
I went hiking in the cold and snow and my glasses fog up when I bundle up enough
I went searching for a solution and I decided to try goggles, but I wanted clear ones
I found some work goggles that had vents I can open and close to see if it helps, and it if it didn’t I could use for work projects.
I ordered them on the website and all seemed good. They fulfilled them out of a local store which usually works well
I did order right in the middle of snow plowing multi day fun but their system showed the item shipped on Jan 6. But FedEx had nothing. zero scans of any kind for two days
I called national support twice, they insisted the item shipped and FedEx had it on the 7th, that their records said it went out and I should contact FedEx
I called the store and a very helpful manager couldn’t figure it out so reordered for me
About 20 hours after my second order the first missing item was picked up by FedEx and it made it to their local facility about two hours later
My hunch is Lowe’s systems are horribly designed to where they can’t tell if something has shipped or if it has just been prepared to ship. With the snow delays taking a few extra days was realistic. Only no one could tell me if this was true, they just insisted it had shipped two days before
But I’ll give five stars because the store took care of me.

Don't buy appliances from here. We purchased a new washer and dryer set. Then 2 sales people started arguing about who the sale belonged to as we were being rung up. Delivery was all set for Saturday. The delivery arrived on time. We were then told they only had 1 pedestal. After checking, sure enough, the person who rang up our order enter I only one pedestal. The delivery/installation team would not start the install without the second pedestal. After many phone calls and hold times, we purchased a second pedestal to be delivered the following Tuesday for a separate delivery charge of course. We told them we still need everything installed. Today, Tuesday, the delivery guys dropped off the pedestal but couldn't complete the installation because they are only delivery people. Now trying to get a hold of anyone is almost impossible.
We have just been told the installation is scheduled for next Saturday. This is ridiculous. We are now waiting for 3 promised phone calls and calls backs. Don't put your trust in these guys, especially Tom. They make promises before you buy, then dont care after you complete your purchase

The store itself is not bad, but I feel it’s my duty to inform customers to not be a Christmas tree here.
We went to buy a tree yesterday and I checked it for bugs and FOUND ONE! It was the same aphid as last year’s tree which we bought at this store, and we had a terrible infestation of them! Lowes gave us our money back last year which was nice, but they haven’t done due diligence to allow this to happen to their trees again. We left there, and bought one at Home Depot instead.
We warned a shopper and told a worker, but a lot of unsuspecting buyers will be in for a surprise. Also, wherever you buy a tree, check it thoroughly for bugs
