  The cashier was rude from his/her first words to me. If this was my business I would fire this person for his/her REALLY BAD attitude. Purple hair or no purple hair. I hope his/her day gets better but I won't be going back for that verbal abuse.

  me and my friends went in to buy fabric when we got back we realized that the employee that cut our fabric made an error and 3 out of the 6 pieces of fabric were 1/2 yards to long so we had to spend and hour recutting our fabric so that all the pieces could be the same length over all we are very dissatisfied with our experience at this store. we would not recommend buying fabric at this store.

  I love this store! Unlike many other craft and hobby stores in the area, this one is well organized, well stocked, and clean! To add to that, the employees are awesome. The sales cannot be beat. I went in today, 5 days before Christmas and all Christmas items were already 60% off! They offer bonuses to teachers in addition to their usual coupons and ads, and coupons are stackable! This Michael's location is my absolute favorite for many reasons, but it truly is the cream of the crop compared to nearby competitors.
