Took our son here for jeans, a belt, a hat and shirts. He's super skinny, so we've had a bear of a time finding good jeans that fit him, but Rachael had him all fixed up in no time with items that were priced competitively, yet were good quality duds and got him the look that he wanted. In addition, it's great to support a local company that has everything we want and a super friendly and helpful sales staff. Highly recommend the folks at Nigro's over some chain store.

Hidden Western store in KC :) never been in. First time.visit. got the cutest baby boot cut jeans! And the people who work.there are so friendly! Must go to store if you are looking for cute Western items.

Absolutely the rudest pushiest customer experience I’ve ever had. Not only that they audibly judged medication! What an awful place. I didn’t have a second to look at anything, without someone asking me how they could helped. The first person practically forced me to take a shirt off their display rack because their store is so pack with overpriced clothing that there’s no room. No not paying $85 for a shirt everyone else has touched when to have my size in the wrapper. Greedy, disrespectful and absolutely not how anyone would wanted to be treated. For shame

The people there are so kind and after surcharging for jeans that I actually like I found the here!! Truly an amazing place to shop! (They also have some amazing boots!)

I originally went in for some boots and they were tight they stretched them and still to tight my fault and they were patient and worked thru it got me a half size bigger and it was night and day. Absolutely fantastic to work with , patient folks and upfront and I respect that customer service which you don’t get these days. They earned my business going forward. Save money and the proper service and touch what more can you want
