Yes, I have been a member at this car wash since twenty two.I have a brand new car that year, and I intend to keep it looking that way. For the last six months, I have had issues with the car wash being down 41 reason or another.And I come as much as twice a week sometimes... And the exterior dryer for the car has been down for a good two months.So what am I paying for I go through the car wash and the car wash the dryer?Didn't hardly a dot of water off my car.I had to wipe the entire thing down and went a twelve inch.By twelve inch special cloth for my car is totally soaked that upsets me plus I get a renewal in the middle of coming.And I go ahead and renew, but I get this kind of situation.Each and every time when I come to your car wash. I was in sales for many years.And my whole thing that made me very popular with my customers was my service.You have good people that work here are trying to provide a good service, but they do not have the capabilities at their level to do.What is necessary to be done?I would very much appreciate it if it gets done. My name is cindy c I n d y bittle b I d d l e I live here in shawnee.Kansas, I do.Hope you take it to the top person that can get this car wash up and going.What it should be doing.

The so called manager at Zips car wash was extremely unhelpful and quite frankly she was Acerbic. She was dismissive. Completely unnecessary for what i considered two reasonable questions. But I did get help with another employee on a later date which she not only helped me with my issue but had me rolling in the end. Kat was remarkable her solicitous was affable. Good come back after dealing with obnoxious behavior for the first lady..

No coin or cash , half of the bays are closed , wands are heavy and have little to no pressure. The dryer was out of service. Not the best car wash for area

Going down hill fast only 2 bays open only 2 of the 10 vacuums working. No more cash quarter machine. Credit card readers don't work

Employee rude, yelling at customers. Ifhe would get off his cell phone maybe customers would understand what he wanted them to do. Removed all vacuums.

I visited the wash today with my truck, and Miranda, the site manager, personally assisted me to ensure my truck would fit safely in the touchless bay without risk of damage to either my truck or the equipment. She and her team were very courteous and attentive, clearly committed to making sure every vehicle leaves clean and looking its best.

So. Today I came to zips. One of the vacuum islands we were at didn’t work and the vacuum island next to us is missing the hose. Zips! You need to do better! Thanks!

Don’t go here. Touch less wash beats up your truck and doesn’t clean anything. They only water no soap or wax.

Not sure what has happened to this place, but it has gone down hill. Now they don’t take cash, and the credit card machines don’t work. Finally got it going, and the pressure was about like my garden hose. Too many other car washes around to waste your time and money here.

I tried to use the self wash bay. The area where you pay said card only, but it wouldn't read/acknowledge my card being swiped. I tried several times before giving up and going somewhere else only to find a $10 charge to my card 2 days later.
