I go out of my way to visit this particular location because the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I hope that upper management recognizes that they’ve got a good thing going at this store.

If u don’t know what your doing with your vehicle do not I repeat DONOT ask anybody there to help! I was told to put a certain amount of oil in my truck and now it’s at the shop flooded and spitting oil out the exhaust! Still waiting to hear if my engine is going to be ok! 😡

Sorry Dave, this ones for you. I showed you my battery in my car, but you sold me the wrong battery still. Not to mention you ‘weren’t allowed to help’ AFTER you already sold me the battery. Maybe there’s a reason?! Drove all the way home on a snowy day to find out I have to go back and exchange for the right battery AND go to Volkswagen to make sure the computer in my car is good to go(why he couldn’t help because he doesn’t have access to the computer system in the car) sure I could’ve done an hour of research on my busy day but I thought the experts would know… Just an all around bad experience.

Editing: the store manager has changed this review from 1 star to 3 stars. She is willing to warranty our battery for us. And also apologized regarding the comments made by the employees and stated she has been trying to get new staff so sounds like that’s an ongoing issue.Our car battery has tested bad a two different locations and so I tried to get a warranty replacement but they won’t warranty it since their machine says it’s good. It’s a little shady that they won’t stand behind their products that are under warranty. Our battery is less than a year old so should still be good. They made a comment that other places will always test it bad even if it’s not bad just to try and get you to buy a new battery. They told us that their machine has to test it bad in order to warranty it but refused to show us any documentation regarding that policy.

I had a headlight that had burned out ony vehicle so I stopped by O Reilly's to pick up a new one, it was getting dark outside. Although I knew how to change it I asked the person behind the desk if he could help me and he was more than happy to. Jeffrey from the store came out and he ended up changing both lights. I was so grateful that he was able to help and this is why I continue to visit this store. A million thank you's to Jeffrey.
