How cruel to have a single animal in a cage alone for years as well as selling animals to buyers at all. This is torture to helpless animals. You should release them all to reputable sanctuaries and only sell non-living supplies.

WONDERFUL place! They absolutely do not abuse any animals and take care of Frankie day in a day out. A Facebook post without research was made and instead of anyone reaching out they automatically assume the worst. The owners are wonderful people and have raised Frankie since he was a baby. He’s in a cage for maybe 4-5 hours a day that HE COMES OUT OF during the 4-5 hours. He goes home every night. Do some research before posting!

This place is a dump and my heart hurts for poor Frankie who is clearly distressed. It’s hard to believe people will shop here, but then again the type of person to spend money on puppy mill dogs when shelters are at MAX capacity and turning away dogs desperate for love and a home clearly don’t care about animal welfare.

I took my child in to see the monkey he is 4 years old and get some merchandise for our snake. When we got there my potty training son had to pee and they would not allow him to use their restroom. Children should never be told they can't go to the bathroom. I will never go back to this store and I will tell everyone the kind of service they showed us.
