This was my first time getting a four-wheel alignment outside of a car dealership. The service was very professional. I will continue to do business with Precision Tune Auto Care. James is great to work with. I will definitely return.

We recently used a Groupon for a four-wheel alignment. Before the service, the steering wheel pulled to the right, sitting around the 12:10 position. After the alignment, it’s improved but still not corrected—it now sits around 11:55 and continues to pull right. I was also told the tires would be inflated to the manufacturer-recommended PSI, but that wasn’t done. I waited in the lobby during the service and don’t believe the vehicle was test-driven afterward. At this point, I’m not sure how to proceed since we’ve already paid….?

I’m letting my little sister use my 4Runner as her first car as she just turned 16. I took it in for a look over and I’m very pleased with their work! All that was needed was an alignment. The new manager Red was very customer service oriented. As a female it’s easy to be scared that you will be taken advantage of by mechanics but that was not the case. The level of trust, knowledge, and speed offered by the mechanic and manager made me feel very taken care of. These guys are my go to mechanics now! Thank you!

Think twice before using this guy. He installed the wrong part than we discussed and then argued about why I needed the work done anyways. I brought my vehicle directly to the dealership mechanic afterwards and had my intuition confirmed. I wasted thousands on that mistake.

I cannot believe the complacency. If you value your vehicle and your own safety, do not go here. They will not make sure the repair is done well, but they WILL make sure you pay the same price as a quality repair. I am missing bolts and a lug nut after TWO visits to get my brakes fixed, and they're still not fixed. My car left the lot even less safe than when I brought it in. Even if you cannot perform the work satisfactorily, there is no excuse for a missing lug nut. Just look at these photos. What a sorry excuse for a service center. I'm embarrassed to have trusted them.
