Stopped at Sally Beauty to pick up a few items on my way home from work. Vivian O'Keeffe was so helpful and found what I needed. She greeted me as soon as I entered the store. That is very important to me as an older woman. I want help and Vivian was awesome!

I love this place and always feel welcomed. The workers are always super sweet and like to make sure your have everything before you check out. They also offer assistance for those who need it when you walk into the store. seriously the best community I recommend this place.

THIS STORE HAS HANDS DOWN THE BEST STAFF EVER!! THE MANAGER IS AMAZING AND KNOWS HER STUFF!!! I WAS ABLE TO GO FROM DARK BROWN AND BLUE TO BEAUTIFUL ICY BLONDE I WOULD HAVE PAID HUNDREDS IN A SALON BUT WAS ABLE TO LEARN ON MY OWN WITH THERE HELP. THEY WALKED ME THROUGH EVERY STEP ALWAYS HAPPY TO HELP AND EDUCATE ME ON COLORING MY HAIR! ANYTIME I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE OR DID NOT LIKE THE COLOR THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT PRODUCT WOULD FIX IT. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

The staff was very sweet to me and helping me process an order at the end of their day, at my least favorite time to show up to a business, moments before closing. They relieved immense amount of stress off my shoulders, while also helping me save my stepdaughter‘s graduation day

staff is so so kind and helpful. always my go-to when i need hair supplies, and their exchange policy is super convenient. other sally’s i’ve gone to have been a bit hit or miss, but this one’s always amazing.

This is THE one to go to. They have an actual knowledgeable staff. I've had and heard some really bad advice at other stores but they need to keep these people by any means possible because they know what they are doing.
