Solution 1 CrossFit is a fantastic gym that is far more than a gym; it is a fitness family and community. The space is big, wide open, and well-equipped. The coaches and owners are excellent, knowledgeable, and amazing, working hard to ensure members meet their goals. They offer great variety with multiple class types like CrossFit, LeanFit, and endurance, and workouts always allow for modifications and scaling for every fitness level. The atmosphere has a great vibe and is very family-friendly and welcoming. The community is supportive, encouraging, and friendly, creating an atmosphere where everyone from athletes to drop-ins feels at home. It is a place where anyone interested in CrossFit will find a home and the right recipe to get in better shape.
This is a fantastic crossfit gym. Excellent equipment, coaches, prices, and a big wide open space. I love the variety they offer with multiple class types and scaling options (crossfit, leanfit, endurance, etc). The community is supportive and amazing too.

I LOVE Solution 1 CrossFit!!! They have great coaches & owners! They are VERY family friendly! My 9 year old even joins me for a workout sometimes & she loves going❤️. I do the LeanFit Class?
