DO NOT LET TY CUT YOUR HAIR! This was supposed to be a low taper fade. It is uneven, large sections were missed and there are 3 large spots on my sons head that were shaved down to the scalp. We were also billed for the MVP but TY didnt actually do an MVP. He also made my son feel uncomfortable. He made sure to check me out on the broken screen so he could control the tip and transaction. Summer offered to fix my sons hair if I took him back but he absolutely did NOT want to go back there. She claimed she would refund the cut, yet when I logged in to my account she blocked the store instead. So I cant even pull up the record.

Love this place. Called up there Friday 7/19/2024 to get a bad haircut fixed (fixed from a previous sports clips) and they immediately took me back & fixed it just in time for a very important interview I had in less than an hour. And free of charge for the fix they had to do. Would definitely go back. Did a fantastic job on the fix.

My son went there OMG he had Manager Kelkey Reyes cut his hair or shall I say mess his hair up I am furious his hair is a mess , I had to pay another barber to cut his hair , his hair looks like a bunch of birds attack him , I will never recommend any of my family or friend at that place , Let me clarify I do not know Kelley but her skills as a barber is terrible I wouldn’t send my dog to that place , Kelley Reyes need to go back to school. he tip her $20 smh .
