I looked them up last night and it said they do oil changes, but they don't only tires. Guy at desk boring. They definitely need a new railing and a better paved parking lot. I don't walk very well.

Guys were quick. Son had ordered 2 tires for me. They were in the next day. Told no appointment needed. Went by an hour later, and tires were installed in 30 min. Went by 3 days later to get lug nuts checked & tightened. Thank you to the workers.

I bought some new tires and less than 2k miles and all the tread come off and totaled my truck bed .... tried calling cause I'm from out of state and just want to spread the message

Beware! Tire Town installed tires on our daughters Jeep and absolutely destroyed her lugs. They told her they would need to be replaced, but didn't tell her they were so misshapen that they would have to be drilled out. Had she had a flat tire, she would have been in a dire situation. We took it back to Tire Town and they charged $150 for an hour of labor, though it took less than 20 minutes to deal with the problem THEY created. The manager pointed to the sign saying they are not responsible for damage to lugs and dismissed my concerns. They used to be honest and take care of their customers. Now they've lost an entire family of vehicles. I would never recommend using them!

I brought in a tire and wheel to have the tire dismounted. In the process the sidewall/bead of the tire was damaged and rendered useless. I was told the part of the tire was already faulty. I assumed at the very least they would replace my tire with a similar used tire. Came back in a week later and the tire had never been ordered or looked into and they were expecting me to pay for a new tire plus installation.

Helped me out with 10 minutes until close. My truck had a real bad tumour in it, they told me to get her by the shop and theyd take care of me. Super quick, honest and im super appreciative.

Terrible customer service! Took my car in to have a low tire checked & was told they’d be with me soon. 45 minutes later I checked to see how much longer it would be & they’d forgotten me.I was told to come back at 8am one morning and they’d take care of it. I did that only this time I dropped my car off at 8:15 & came back to get it at 1:30. Nothing was done, hadn’t even been checked yet. The guy didn’t even apologize, didn’t seem to care. I left & will never use them again.

Most unprofessional crooks in Shawnee. 1st time broke a tire key and charged me $300 for their mistake. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back. They Put tires on and damaged vehicle. After they said they would repair it and understood i couldn’t have done that type of damage, they turned around and tried to charge me $1200.00. Eric Burg is the owner of the shop and a flat out crook. The 2 gentleman that sit at the front are Eric’s croony’s who will lie to please old boss. Go else where. The discounts will cost you in the long run. There are a slew of negative reviews they mask.They even took the change out of the vehicle.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Showed up at 7:55am after they called me the day beforehand to say my tires came in. Nobody could find my tires and I finally left after 8:35am. Unprofessional, no customer service and don’t expect them to rush they take there time doing anything.
