The employees are always friendly and helpful, no matter how busy they are. I feel like a valued customer, and not a nuisance when I stop in - and while that sounds like it should be a given, unfortunately, many places don't give you that same experience.

Aubrey was knowledgeable and able to help me do exactly everything I needed done. My email that I needed to sign and FAX was having difficulty getting to the store. Aubrey was persistent until she got it through! I appreciated her determination and help with the whole transaction.

I walked into this store stressed and overwhelmed with the amount I had to send-not to mention an ton not boxed. Matt was awesome in all areas! Helped me figure out which way to send (boxing) gave me options, never once quit smiling or being kind as he helped me. Never once became irritated with my questions and almost tears.
Matt, I appreciate your helpfulness and will never go anywhere else. Thank you!

I dropped of a package for return and the young man working was super busy loading Amazon return into big boxes. He was so nice and patient. Deserves a raise!

This UPS store is the best by far and I cannot imagine how the employees remain so patient with the crowd I've seen roll through there. Drove by today (a Sunday), forgot they closed at 3, but saw some lady pounding at the front doors and peering inside after they had closed ? Lord bless these workers I hope they got home safe!

I rarely write a poor review but I can’t believe the lack of customer service I just encountered at this location. Before coming, I looked at the time the store closed, which was 3 PM. I arrived at 2:59, admittedly very close to their closing time, but they were serving another customer when I arrived. The door was already locked when I tried it. They refused to let me in, although they saw me and I was just there for a quick Amazon return and I indicated such. Instead of approaching me, and explaining face-to-face that they would not be able to serve me, the two employees working there let the other customer who was inside out through the back employees-only door so as to not come near me or the front door. That customer then had to walk around the back and side of the building to get back to her car. Then the two employees retreated to the back of the store where I couldn’t see them from the entry window. It would have been one thing to ignore me, but to purposefully let the other customer out the back door was an intentional attempt to disregard me. In the past I’ve always had a good experience with this store, both with Amazon returns and shipping packages. This was a surprising and disappointing change of events.
