The staff onsite are very helpful. The service is consistent and they communicate well I have had a mailbox here and used their printing and shopping services for about 3 years. Really convenient and a good staff.

We tried to mail a package over seas to an Army base & were told they would do it thru USPS & it would cost nearly $200. We cancelled the transaction & found out later...after speaking to some one at the USPS.. that we could mail from there at a much cheaper cost. If mailing packages to solders overseas use USPS!!

Most of the Johnson County area stores are just ok and manageable enough, and one store should be permanently closed with hazard tape streamed across the front door. For UPS stores being franchised, leaves too much space in between corporate participation and owners responsibilities.UPS corporate take heed. This Shawnee location sets a top tier bar of customer service and relations. From being: efficient, clean, quick, calm, nice, diligent and as far as I know — they will tape up your returns!Only thing missing from this store, is a QR code to send the store’s workers a tip : D)

We just moved here from Louisiana and have been using this store to do our Amazon returns. We have never had an issue with our returns not going back to Amazon until we started using this store. I’m not sure what’s happening but somehow our returns are not going back to Amazon and they are trying to charge me for not returning items.

Hours of operation say this location should have opened an hour and a half ago but it is closed and locked. If you aren't going to be open, put a sign on the door at least!

I got my passport photo done here. They told me I could get a refund if I couldn’t use them. Then I went to file for my passport, I was told that the background was wrong and I couldn’t use it. I had to pay again for the photos and ups is refusing to refund me. It is not okay, I lost money because they lied to me about my refund and they don’t have the right set up for a passport photo. Not reliable, definitely not worth the money. The lady on the phone was rude and absolutely terrible customer service.

Went into return a package and got charged $2 just for them to print off the return label "because it takes time". There was no one else in the store and one of the employees was sitting and playing on their phone. What's next? Are they going to start charging for each question they answer too? Absolutely ridiculous.

Every time I arrive at the store to mail a box I run into a rude female (wears glasses and don’t know her name). She treats me like I’m an inconvenience of even trying to ship a box that is sometimes already prepaid. One situation I wanted fragile stickers. She said there’s absolutely no point in those stickers so she’s not doing that and then ridiculed me for using packing peanuts to ship stating those don’t protect anything with shipment. I left thinking my box wasn’t in safe hands with UPS but luckily my item arrived safe to the new location. I have had much better experience at other locations so I will just avoid this location from now on.

I go out of my way to frequent this UPS as it's the best in the area. Great customer service, timely, efficient.
