We are Extremely Pleased with the Sprinkler Service and Sprinkler Education this Company Provides.
After one of the larger companies with 1000 techs missed their 2nd scheduled appointment so I called Vern.
The technician showed up same day and outside of the territory he usually covers and completed the requested work perfectly!
I would Definitely would recommend this company for any sprinkler work!

Vern does the winterizing for my sprinklers. I had run into an issue with my sprinklers not working and called him and he provided me things to troubleshoot the issue on the phone. He was booked out for weeks so he wasn't able to come out to the house to take a look himself. I was able to fix the issue based on his guidance. He even called after hours once he was finished with the work for the today to follow-up. I offered to pay for the services even though he didn't have to come out to help me fix the issue and he wouldn't accept any money.

I called Vern and he helped me figure something out over the phone and was extremely helpful. I will use him in the future for all my sprinklers needs. Great customer service and I can tell he cares.

I got really lucky today, that I contacted Vern and he was right around the corner. He wrapped up the winterization in the most efficient way, did a great job and was very transparent. I was latch onto his services for sprinkler care in the future, for sure.It is close to the first freeze and another company I signed up for annual sprinkler maintenance was just stalling me since the last few months, citing a busy schedule. I am very happy that I got the contact of this company via google maps. Vern is a great guy!

We are first-time homeowners and wanted to find a local company to help teach us about the sprinkler system already installed. Vern was kind as I followed him around the yard while he watched each sprinkler head move. He was more than happy to teach me some information about the sprinklers and system. He was very detailed and efficient. It was great finding someone local that has been performing this work for 30 years. Thank you, Vern! We’ll see you in the fall for winterizing!

Without an appointment and on a cold call, in less than an hour Vern was at my house and fixed our ruptured valve. He also winterized our sprinklers. 10 stars. GREAT MAN AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I'm a few weeks late in writing this, but I wanted to give Vern a huge shout-out for helping me resolve a sprinkler valve problem. Even though this problem valve was something that he had never seen before, his advice and expertise in solving the problem was second to none! Not only that, Vern was genuinely and personally interested in the project/problem/outcome, and followed up with me afterwards to make sure everything was working properly. Vern is an awesome example of what customer service was like many years ago. If more people treated each other as Vern did, this world would be a much better place!
