There's been several times now, during the pharmacy business hours, where there's a sign up saying no pharmacist on duty. Called store, they explained they're having trouble finding and keeping pharmacist, and didn't have one on duty for the day. Wow really! I mean, it's only people's prescriptions. And now over the last month or two, the line inside and out take forever. They definitely don't seem to have any sense of urgency when it's backed up in there. Making several trips a week because they either don't have your prescription ready when the app says it is, or, only getting a partial filled on your prescription because they don't have any in stock has gotten very, very old, and inexcusable. That's enough for me.

Close this pos location down. It sucks as well as the employees. Who closes the store down before posted business hours? Go to hell.

Their automated phone system for checking prescriptions doesn't work.

Pharmacist saw me waiting in line to pick up my medicine. I was behind one customer and she proceeded to shut it down in my face when it was my turn. What a dumb bitch, inconsiderate and terrible customer service. This is the second time this has happened. Like they just hired a bunch of dumb asses. Really needed this prescription and now I have to wait when I went during the hours they are supposed to be open. These people clearly don't give a shit about their customers.

Massive power outage in Kansas City; 163,000 without power. I called this location to see if they were open and spent too much time with the automated phone system trying to talk with an actual person. Once I was finally able to reach pharmacy, I simply asked the gentleman in pharmacy if they had power. I got a snarky reply of, “Well, we’re talking, aren’t we?” Many stores are running generators throughout the city today, so cash registers and the like may still be running, but stores are dark if they are open at all. It was not an unusual question to ask under the circumstances. Negative customer service skills.

Came to pick up my prescription and was told by a young lady with blonde hair that it would take 15-20 minutes to fill it. She signed up my phone for alerts and when my prescription was ready. 34 minutes later and I still haven't received an alert and so I drive up to the window to ask about it and she puts a sign in the window saying they were on break but this was 3 minutes before that was supposed to happen. They go on break from 1:30pm to 2pm. Not 1:27. I work in customer service so I know how important breaks are but the least she could do was acknowledge that I pulled up and tell me they just shut down for break but instead she looked at me and continued putting the sign up. That's very rude. Other pharmacy employees saw her do it too so they all are considered rude to me.

Whoever the old hag working the cash register at 4:30 Saturday needs to die already. She's rude as all hell for absolutely no reason, I watched her treat 5 customers in a row like they were a burden for showing up.

Picked out a usb-c cord at the front of the store. 6ft, plenty of them there. $9.99 said the tag. Checking out I noticed that it rang up $16.99! I told the cashier it said $9.99. She said "So do you want me to take it off?" I said yes. I told her that I really needed one. She was indifferent to whether I got one or not. Didn't offer to help me find one that was similar in size and price that I was looking for. I ended up not getting one. I called the manager and explained the situation to him, letting him know that it makes purchasing them hard for a customer when they can't tell the price and that I was irked with the lack of customer service. In the middle of the conversation he says, in a very exasperated voice, "Is there something I can help you with, Ma'am?" Sooo... clearly they don't care that their prices are wrong. Maybe when he moves along the next manager will care. As for me, I won't be back.

The pharmacists have gone above and beyond helping me and my family navigate anoying difficulties with getting insurance to pay for expensive medications. They have helped look for alternative solutions (like free trials, and similar medications) and called multiple doctor offices. I never expected the kind of help and support they have given me over the last 5 days, and appreciate them treating our family like they would their own.

I used to come here quite often, but recently the cashier Shawn has made it incredibly irritating. It's gotten to the point if he is working I will walk right back out. The other cashier is an older lady who is incredibly nice and makes coming in a joy. But not Shawn.

Not happy with the pharmacy staff. I am moving to a different part of the kansas city area and wanted to call ahead and get my prescriptions filled before I left town. They should have had plenty of time. But told me at noon they couldn't have it filled until 3pm. So I decide to come up and wait on it, so I wouldn't have to drive across town again. Laziness. I know they are busy... but it should not take that long to put pills in a bottle. And they should have told me to just stop in and wait in the first place.
